Not happy with customer service refused a refund even tho was not my fault due to Christmas holidays and now stuck with a product I don’t need

I pay for a product and premium delivery and no product delivered.

Iv had 3 emails stating they have Tride to deliver to my adress/correct information,no delivery was attempted to my adress as I have home security and no courier came.

Iv left all relevant information and sent an email and no reply back for a solution just a sorry.

Very difficult in exchanges .keep giving different things to do.paid for return and now aski g pay for postage.3 weeks and no exchange yet.rmails replies take ages.first and last time dealing with their rubbish service and waiting refund which still not confirmed by them bunch of unprofessionals

Item was not shipped, no notice from seller for three weeks.

I raised a ticket, and the customer service team did not respond.

I requested a refund for the order which I am waiting to be processed. I am unsure if this business is actively operating their online store, and advise caution if your order is remotely time sensitive.

Went in store twice before we actually picked a suit for our wedding! Was able to find one for the groom and one for the brides father.
What I will say is….Peter made the process 10 x better! He knows everything there is to know about suits, was able to suggest different ties etc to try on with the colours we were choosing and to top it all off, he was just a lovely person!

Very disappointed with the quality of Santro Milano shoes.
The quality is extremely poor — the leather on the upper part is already peeling off even though I haven’t properly worn the shoes yet. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to sell quality footwear.

Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting durability, not cheap materials that start falling apart so quickly. I honestly regret buying these shoes and would not recommend them to anyone.

Santro Milano really needs to improve their quality control because this product does not justify its price at all.

Missing items - email to request missing items ignored for over a week. Items that arrived were 5* for quality and price.

Excellent quality garment and extremely fast delivery

Rob and donna at the barnsley store were not only helpful but knowledgable and fantastic stylists helping me find a perfect suit for my new position. Couldn't have done it without them.

Visted Santero milan Westfield looking suit for my wedding found a lot of options great variety absolutely recommended if you want to find the best suit for your day. Great customer service specially Devang great guy friendly and great advice and service. 5*
