Overall not a bad product for the price…
Overall not a bad product for the price you pay. Definitely wouldn’t bother spending $ on ridgid.
Only issue I had was faulty camera head which another was sent out straight away alongside some merchandise to make up for the loss of time.

This is the 2nd Inspection camera I have purchased from Sanyipace. Customer service has been excellent. Quality of equipment is 5 Star. Great value. I own a sewer & drain company , been in business for 30 years. Highly recommend Sanyipace cameras.

Very Pleased with their Customer Service. I had an issue with one of my cameras I purchased and I reached out to the company by email. Nice touchscreen display - very well built sewer scope, clarity is great and 7mm wire is mind-blowing to go through couple elbows on the sewer pipe. would recommend this product for to any one using for home inspection like me

Good brand and Good customer support
I purchased a sewer camera from Sanyipace.com, and it arrived within three days of purchase very fast shipping! The packaging was excellent, with large foam inserts to protect the product during transit.
After the purchase, customer service reached out proactively, and we were able to sort everything out smoothly. They were responsive, friendly, and considerate throughout the process.
While I haven't used it extensively in the field yet, the camera feels high-quality, comparable to more expensive, well-known brands. The 7mm cable is stiff enough to push through bends easily, and the LED lighting on the camera provides great visibility. The HD image quality is also impressive.
One area for improvement: when the case and screen are open, some movements can cause the cover to slam shut unexpectedly. That said, I'm overall very happy with the purchase and look forward to putting it to use.

I just purchased the S820TSMKTR sewer…
I just purchased the S820TSMKTR sewer camera model and there were some issues that came with it. When I reached out to customer’s service they replied within hours giving me the guidance to resolve the issue. I also had an issue with the locator and when I contacted them they offered to sent me a new locator and new camera head.

S810ASMKT Sewer Camera & S68R Loactor
Purchased a S810ASMKT Sewer Camera and S68R Locator. Fast Shipping. Items arrived within 5 days of placing the order. The micro-SD was broken in shipment but not really a big deal. First time use experienced water entering in the camera connector which was tightly fastened. I will contact Sanyipace Service for this and will update this review with their response.
