Everything is great about this camera. I've had some minor problems and they have all been addressed. My only gripe would be the response time. You can only send one email at a time and they usually respond sometime in the middle of the night.

They have really good customer service even though they're not from here. It's excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend them.

Camera wasn’t in stock and took longer than expected but they communicated very well! After using the camera it is very much worth the wait!

we were supposed to recieve this on wednesday sept 24 and as far as i can tell it hasnt even shipped yet and there is no support when trying to find out why

Sanyipace has been impressively responsive. We received the sewer camera in rapid time, and upon our first use the camera glass cracked. Sanyipace immediately sent us another, no questions asked, except that I provide photos. We appreciate the service we have been given.

When I wanted to get a new pipe inspection camera, I wanted to use this company because I had to buy a replacement camera head a couple years ago and they were very helpful and got me the right one and it worked perfect. They are very good customer service. I had a small issue with a new camera system, but it was just user error and it got cleared up quickly. Excellent customer service.
