sono stato truffato, prodotti di pessima qualità, ho provato a fare il reso di un paio di scarpe pagato €220, mi sono dovuto pagare la spedizione di reso che nemmeno è stata consegnata perché nessuno era sul luogo indicatomi da Sasaia come destinatario. nessuno reso emesso da parte loro, odio puro non comprate.

I purchased several items from this company months ago, spending a significant amount of money. They claim to be an Italian brand, but they’re nothing more than yet another scam—dropshipping Chinese, AliExpress, products. The items I received were of terrible quality, with poor fit and unpleasant odors.

When I tried to return them, they delayed the process by asking for countless photos of the received products, likely in an attempt to run out the clock on the return window. After weeks of emails, they finally provided me with an address to send the items back. However, once the package was sent correctly, they pretended not to have received it.

Fortunately, after contacting the postal service’s customer support, I was able to confirm that the package had indeed been delivered, complete with the recipient’s signature. At that point, after further threats of legal action, they pretended to cooperate and process a refund—which, of course, never materialized.

To this day, they have vanished and no longer reply to emails. I am now preparing to take legal action through consumer protection associations against them.

What a miserable existence these people must lead—resorting to scams for a few hundred euros. Pathetic.

Je n'ai jamais eu de confirmation, ni de numéro de suivi. Ma commande a finalement été annulé 1 mois et demi après mon achat. Votre métier et de vendre un produit, vous ne savez pas le faire.

Ho contattato il servizio clienti che mi hanno detto di rispedire indietro entro una data precisa, e nel mentre mi consigliavano di comprare online il numero corretto spendendo altri soldi in attesa del rimborso. Rispedito in un magazzino a pomigliano d’arco come da loro chiesto non ho mai avuto più né scarpe e ne rimborso. Ho scritto diverse e-mail ma ad oggi ancora nessuna soluzione mi è stata sottoposta. Ich habe einen Schuh im April bestellt. Leider hat etwas mit der Lieferung nicht geklappt. 1 Monat habe ich auf den Schuh gewartet. Da die schwizer Post etwas falsch gemacht hat, ist die Bestellung wieder zurück zu Sasaia. Aber Sasaia sagte mir, sie das Packett sei verloren gegangen. Sie können mir den Artikel zusenden oder mein Geld zurückerstatten. Ich wollte mein geld Zurück aber bis HEUTE nichts erhalten und der Kundenservice hält mich weiter hin. 4 Monet ist es her seit ich die Bestellung gemach habe!

Their product is not even remotely looking as advertised. Their promise to ship within days is false it took more than 2 weeks.

Their return process is endless and purposefully irritating. They're not holding any accountability for anything. They have received the order back and refuse to transfer back the money.

Italian authorities have been contacted, I suggest anyone else to do the same if you encounter the same issues.
