Please don’t use this people these… terrible experience
Please don’t use this people these people really busy don’t do anything. They just want the money and they won’t explain to you anything and they will put you in a trouble and when you go you have to wait and they’re busy. They go more lines and they won’t explain to you anything and they want the money Doesn’t matter what condition you are paid and nobody will be there to explain to you. What’s going on? I had a bad experience in my life. Sorry to say this is not a good firm Call Anthony Anthony Anthony will be with her client and then you go to wait for three days to Anthony to come back to you to see your paperwork and then again Anthony will come and tell you , he didn’t see the paperwork and he will come back to you another day

We want to clarify that your file, which was opened in 2023, did not have the necessary supporting documents required for us to proceed with your case. Despite our continuous efforts to reach out and request the missing documents, they were never provided. Without these essential documents, it was impossible for us to move forward effectively on your behalf.
In addition, we must address the issue of your conduct during our interactions. Unfortunately, there were multiple instances where you behaved unprofessionally toward our colleagues, including rude language, shouting during calls, and inappropriate behavior in our office. Due to these circumstances, we made the decision to return your file and issued a full refund of the amount you had paid to us.
We always strive to explain every aspect of the process clearly to our clients and maintain open lines of communication. We regret that this was not your experience and hope to avoid such misunderstandings in the future. Should you wish to discuss this matter further or require any clarification, we are more than happy to speak with you directly.
