I sent a red iPhone 13 128gb that was received yesterday for evaluation. It was evaluated to value $130 from a $320 quote. They said my phone was still being financed which it isn’t and that it has scratches which it didn’t when I sent it in. I turned down that offer and haven’t heard back from anyone yet. Imei was clean it had been paid off for months.

Classic bait and switch scam. Promise a high price and then drastically reduce it based on some made up sounding, non existing defect. Don’t fall for this terrible business practice!

I had brand new iphone never used - mint condition. They downgrade the condition to "good" & give me 33% of original offer. SaveGadget was willing to negotiate up on the 33% so this showed integrity.

I sent an iPhone to SaveGadget for them to purchase, This phone was in excellent condition, spent its whole life on a case, or in my pocket with nothing else there, i.e. coins or keys. Never dropped. Upon receiving it they sent back an evaluation of "Good" condition, claiming it had scratches on the frame. I inspected this phone myself, and am a picky buyer, so I know it was in excellent condition. Be wary of using their buying service, or expect your evaluation to be downgraded.

I have no reason to change my review, I know what I sent to you, I accepted the amount because I was not gonna wait who knows how long to get the phone returned. And what may have happened to it in your care. You made ZERO effort for an equitable solution to our difference of opinion on the condition. I am not the only person to have this issue with your company.

Sent in a mint condition iPhone 12 Pro Max. The phone spent its entire life in a case and had no blemishes at all. They lowered my offer by nearly $100 stating that there were scratches on the screen, frame, and near the charging port. Requested they send the phone back. I’ll find someone else to buy it.

In line with other reviews, after their “inspection” they come up with a reason to lower their initial offer by $100. Seems very scam like and misleads consumers.

The process was very swift and not difficult.The Company was very prompt handling business.I would definitely refer them.

They were very honest with thier appraisal. Very easy to work with and very quick payment.

The overall experience was good and it was not difficult to send my phone back. However, I did not understand the reason my condition of my phone was change which caused me to lose 100 dollars. No pictures were provided of the scratches they saw on the phone. I keep my phone in a durable case with a tempered glass screen protector so I’m not sure what scratches they saw.

I recieved a lower grade than I would excpect for a device with a screen protector and case

Terrible service! SellGadget Indicated i owed money on my phone and that it was locked. Both were incorrect. When i sent a reply that i could send a letter from Xfinity indicating that, SaveGadget said my screen was scratched and they would give me a very low price for my phone. I told them my existing carrier, Optimum looked at the phone and called its “like new”. And told them the price they would give me. Then they indicated they would match that price.

Of course when they sent payment they charged a processing fee! WHAT A SCAM!!!!

99% of satisfaction except a confusing email that I need to clerify the situation of the phone that I'm trying to trade
