Fine just not blown away
My nephew told me to try this place I am 67 and not great with online stuff so I called and said they were patient and explained things slowly which I appreciate it my rate didn't drop as much as I hoped but it's manageable still figuring out how to access my documents online

Good experience for a first timer!!
It was my first time buying my own car insurance. I just turned 24 off my parents plan, was honestly kind of lost but the guy who helped me broke it down without making me feel dumb. He explained how deductibles work and all that. It took an hour but I felt confident in what i signed up for!

Good rates without sacrificing coverage.
Just got a new car and wanted a good deal without feeling like I am getting bad coverage.i tried using Save Max Auto and Breshauna got me a really good rate. Will come back for home ins. Once I close on this house. Really good team here!

Helpful, but slower than expected.
The representative was polite and explained the coverage options clearly, which I appreciated. Everything was handled correctly, but the process took longer than I expected. Overall it was an acceptable experience, just not as efficient as I had hoped.
