Excellent product at an excellent price , delivered on time by the strongest and most helpful driver (Dave) , absolute pleasure to order from

Brilliant, Dave was very helpful, delivery was speedy and efficient. Dave also gave great advice and was very friendly. Product was also in great condition and as specified.

4/5 stars and all 4 are down to my fantastic experience with Savoy's driver Dave, who really was good as gold. 2/33 decking boards had damage (it happens) and agreed to be replaced. The timber was nice and solid otherwise.

The experience with contacting the Wigan branch was not so good... 3 word inconclusive replies via email and a uphill battle to get an answer over their phone resulted in me having to chase.. On replacement day they expected me to leave out damaged planks outside but failed to mention on email or phone. Once again, Dave made contact and smoothed it all out, what a guy.

Overall, a good firm and good materials but a slight let down on the office communications.

Ordered two fence panels delivery 3 to 5 days didnt arrive when I finally got through after several attempts was told it would be a couple of weeks I was told they would ring when they were in stock received one phone call which I missed since then at different times of the day tried to return the call no joy phone just not being answered as far as we know recently been bought by another firm their customer service is atrocious no one answering the phone tried at all different times still can't get through still waiting for delivery of the fence panels will not be ordering anything else from them they need someone to answer the phone at least very frustrating

Easy process to purchase, top communication, quick delivery, Dave the delivery driver put the load where I wanted with no fuss.

Tracy was helpful and knowledgeable about the products I required and made the purchase simple and pleasurable

Order placed on 14th March online for 4 fence panels - the order confirmation stated delivery within 7 days. Waited for two weeks before calling their main sales number to be advised I would need to speak with the Wigan branch. Tried contacting Wigan by email and phone - they don't appear to respond to emails and never answer the phone. I left it another two weeks before logging a dispute with Paypal. Coincidently, I then received a call 3 days later from Savoy to confirm the panels would be delivered 15/04/24 - I received an email confirming delivery was booked after the call. Great! Day booked off work to wait for the delivery to then receive an email at 12.27pm on the day of delivery to confirm a refund was being issued! Annual leave day off work wasted and panels have now been ordered from another supplier which will be another day off work. I will not be using or recommending Savoy Timber again.

Didn't deliver everything in my order. They forgot to load it on vehicle. Spoke to them said they will deliver it at a later date or I can pick it up? Why should I waste my fuel and time to do something they where incompetent to deliver in first place? They offered a refund but still its unacceptable so now I've got to sort the other stuff myself to get the job completed. Not very good should double check deliveries before they leave. Customer service are good tho just let down by everything else.

Spent considerable time searching online for 6 internal doors, first decision was to buy branded doors rather than imported doors, second decision was to choose Deanta Doors due to manufacturer guaranteed 16mm top and bottom trimming

Savoy Timber were one of the cheapest online suppliers for Deanta Doors combined with £15 local delivery. friendliness from pre-order through to delivery of order inside house.

Really helpful national sales team, especially Cala. Wanted to buy 12 some doors but didn't want delivery straight away. They been helpful and have arranged a 2 month hold with the manufacturer.

Excellent service from Savoy especially Donna and Danielle who went over and beyond. Panels are of superb and high quality plus excellent price given. Really pleased with

The lady Donna helped me out massively by showing me the correct wood I needed for the job I was doing and she even cut the wood into manageable size piece so I could fit them in my car

Good communication from the staff with some delays to my delivery - some mine, some suppliers. Must note the delivery driver, Deve, was brilliant - very courteous, accommodating, polite and around very professional. A good experience - thanks

I purchased an oak Ely bifold door, initial appearance seemed pretty good until I went to fix the hinges and discovered that the doors core is made of chipboard, so I doubt it will be hung for very long, @£275.00 delivered I feel somewhat ripped off and no doubt I could have purchased a chipboard door (if that was what I wanted) for a fraction of the price. Lesson learnt this will be the one and only purchase from this company.

Amazing how these guys just go that extra mile at Blackpool branch.
