Zoe was our solicitor she was great, fast replies very informative got us through the process without any issues.

We just completed our home purchase yesterday. It was our first time. We are extremely grateful to the firm's lawyers, Benjamin and Khrystyna, for their professionalism, expert advice, and friendly attitude. Throughout the process, they kept us informed, provided all the necessary documents, provided support, were always available, and responded promptly to emails and calls. We are pleased with the work they did.

My sister and I used SB in Albany Road to purchase our property and the team were so helpful.
Ben and the team were amazing, they were so responsive no matter what time of day it was even after working hours they were available.

This is the third time using SB lawyers on personal transactions, and they have been nothing buy SUPERB. Ben, Khrystyna and the team are incredible, working round the clock to make sure the transaction was always moving forward. My husband died and our wills were with SB lawyers. Seventeen phone calls and three emails over a three week period. Constantly put through to people who don't answer the phone or ring you back. Poor communication for a legal firm. I had emailed a Coroners certificate ( Coroners certificates are only email attachments) with my marriage certificate and drivers licence. I called after not hearing anything for over a week to be told they would contact me that afternoon if i needed to do anything else. No call and no will arrived in tbe post. Eventually attended the office in person (5 hour round trip) and they still didn't know what documents they needed from me to release the will. Asked for id for my dead husband but weren't that interested in my marriage certificate. I insisted they take a copy. Unfortunately I had to help my friend when her husband died so I actually knew what was required.
Very disaapointed in their poor service and non existant communication.

Ellie and Hannah were amazing from start to finish! Really supportive and super friendly for conveyancing.

My grandson was looking for a legal aid family law solicitor and this one came up in a fb group. Reviews weren't that good but
he had no choice. He is a father of a young child. They agreed to take on his case legal aid. Their communication is very poor. They didn't submit ANY evidence or QUESTION anything in family court. . He didn't lose his child BUT questions need to be answered WHY they didn't submit evidence or question things and WHY they
agreed to the order before questoning some of the content.
HE has made an official complaint to the Company and NO REPLY for over TWO MONTHS.

I would highly recommend Ben Eton and his team on every level. I cannot praise Ben, Sherman, Khrystyna and Rania enough. They were always available to talk to with any queries, very helpful and knowledgeable always responding to questions quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. They assisted us to sell and purchase properties which were not straight forward and Ben even worked in the evenings and weekend for us to complete. I have shared my very positive experience with many friends and agencies and I would definitely use their services again.

Well what can I say this past year has been a highly stressful and worrying time but linda and her team made the whole process 100 times easier and took a tremendous weight off of my shoulders I feel the case was all of sudden dropped on them and I wouldn't say it was a small case either as I feel it was complicated but linda and the team made it all so much easier I feel I haven't had to deal with alot during court proceedings entirely down to everyone on the team.

All went smoothly - they were both very responsive which is so important in conveyancing (nothing worse than thinking your email has gone into a black hole!). Excellent experience on handling our sale and purchase. Ben spotted a clause in our purchase contract that was unfavourable to us and negotiated its removal. He also had to negotiate covenants with the Earl of Plymouth’s estate, and smoothed that out too. He was very responsive, and we highly recommend him
