Keine Zulassung laut Polizei in Deutschland.
Topf an sc geschickt zur Prüfung.
Nach 4 Wochen keinerlei info oder sonstiges.
Kundenservice krottenschlecht.
Nie mehr kauf ich bei SC

7 weeks and still waiting for my order, details about delivery are vague and response to email queries has been minimal.....could have ordered an Akropovic and had it delivered in 7-10 days...

suite a l'achat d'une moto d'occasion j'ai retourné le silencieux pour une modification de la chicane.Malheureusement il l'on réexpédié a l'ancien propriétaire qui la fait reprendre par la société de transport quelque jours plus tard ,et depuis mon colis a disparus me voila sans véhicule depuis un mois.j'ai depuis reçu un nouveau silencieux neuf correspondent à mes attente.

Ordinato il 20 giugno, sul sito segnato disponibile con consegna prevista dai 3 a 15 giorni lavorativi, arrivato il 22 agosto.
Oltre a questo non si sono fatti sentire minimamente per avvisare del ritardo, scusarsi del disagio ho dovuto sentirli io, in piu mi hanno risposto piu volte che sarebbe arrivato la settimana successiva.. la vedo come una presa in giro per non dire altro.
Il prodotto è valido ma ritardi di questo tipo e mancanze di rispetto varie non sono perdonabili.
Sconsiglio e purtroppo non acquisterò mai più da questo marchio.

Lies about waiting times. After 3 months still no exhaust with listed waiting times of 2 weeks. The delivery date was pushed back from week to week. However, this was only communicated to me by my weekly inquiries. I would not buy here again.

Ich habe bisher viel gutes von SC Project gehört. Leider wurde ich bei der Bestellung schwer enttäuscht. Die angegebenen Lieferdaten wurden nicht mal im Ansatz eingehalten. Auf der Homepage war die Rede von 2 Wochen. Tatsächlich sollten es am ende Minimum 4 Wochen sein. Aber auch hier nicht garantiert das der es wirklich in der Zeit klappt.

Orderd sc project for my mt09 2019 on april 14th. 2 months later still got no exhaust. Not happy with the waiting time

J'ai commandé un pot SC project que je lorgnais depuis pas mal de temps déjà.
Livré en 24jours après la commande. ils annonçaient 3/15jours ouvré avant expédition. on est sur le délai max annoncé. je pense qu'ils n'ont pas beaucoup de stock et fabriquent au besoin pour certain modèles plus rare. en tout cas la qualité est là, le pot est magnifique, une oeuvre d'art, le tout bien emballé et livré en France par FEDEX. Nous ne sommes pas sur de la chinoiserie vendu et livré par amazon en 24h. la qualité se paie aussi en patience.
Quand au support technique ils m'ont répondu quand j'ai posé une question et on annoncé la date d'envoie avec précision quand je leur est fait la demande.

Pots commandés le 13 Février expédition prévu entre 4 et 15 jours nous sommes le 13 Mars toujours pas d'expédition. 4 mails de relance ou l'ont me dit que ça part la semaine d'après, le lendemain, le jour même sans jamais recevoir de suivi de colis.
À ce jour je n'est aucune nouvelle de ma commande. Par contre pour prélevé les 700€ le lendemain de la commande y'a aucun soucis ! Très déçue et cette entreprise.

Bonjour j ai commandé un pot d echappement depuis 10 jours et je n ai pas de nouvelles et je ne parviens pas à joindre le service consommateurs. Mon mail ne parviens pas à être envoyer. Avez vous une adresse ma directe ou un numéro de téléphone car je pense que je vais saisir les autorités compétentes car je perds patience. Merci de m'aider.

Mi hanno bloccato il conto per una settimana perché il loro metodo bancario di verifica della carta prevede il blocco del doppio della cifra. ASSURDO!!!!!

Per comprare uno scarico da 400€, te ne bloccano 800 per una settimana!!

J'ai hésité avant de commander un échappement en voyant les avis négatifs, notamment sur la fiabilité des délais de livraison annoncés.

J'ai finalement passé commande, la livraison annoncée dans un intervalle de 48 à 72 heures après le délai de prélèvement a été respectée.

Le produit est conforme à mes attentes, le colis était soigneusement emballé. Notice en anglais et italien.

Rien à signaler de particulier de mon côté. Au vu de mon expérience, je recommande le fabricant.

Okay so I will get the bad out of the way - delivery can take a lot longer than the 15 days promised on the site, SC project will respond but they aren't good at giving you accurate dates. I waited 7 weeks for delivery.
The exhaust itself is really well made as you would expect and fitted perfectly. I would buy from them again but if you aren't prepared to wait I would go elsewhere.
This was during Covid 19 so may improve in future.

It did arrive late but it is COVID dude, people are on ventilators and worse, productions get delayed etc. The other thing is when ever I enquired abut delivery the guys in WA did get back to me straight away. Let's talk product now: the exhaust is a work of art, if you cannot handle how loud it is - because it is !@#$ing loud I have to say - you can display it in your man cave it is so beautiful. Bike: R1M 2016.

If delivery takes long time, stay calm, they were struggling because the covid lockdown and a lot of orders were on hold.

i waited 2 months for my exhaust, when i wrote the customer service they told me about a time they would send it.

As you guys can guess i installed the exhaust the same day it arrived - IT IS WORTH, for a sound like this i would wait 2 years if necessary!!!!
