Buongiorno , valuto positivamente il tasso attivo offerto sulla giacenza non vincolata. Introdurrei un tasso maggiore per giacenza vincolata a 3, 6, 9 , 12 mesi.
Non mi è chiaro quanto si spende per la compravendita di azioni. Con Prime + si spende solo 4,99 al mese e non ci sono costi per acquisti e vendite superiori a 250 euro? Non ci sono altri costi ?

Konditionen sind gut
Konditionen sind gut. Kundenservice auch. Die App geht ohne GMS leider nicht ganz, das 2FA geht für einige Aufträge nur mit.
Bei Zinssätzen wird nicht genau aufgeschlüsselt wieviel Brutto wäre oder wieviel vom Freistellungsauftrag verrechnet wurde, das ist sehr schade.
Die Einladungslinks erfordern etwas früh eine Investition damit man einen Bonus bekommt.
Ansonsten bin ich recht zufrieden, also 3,6/5 Sternen.

Customer Support doesn't exist. Just an AI chat that does absolutely nothing. I fully stopped trusting this platform after realizing I put my money where there's nobody to help in case of problem. I'll move away as soon as possible.

Obwohl ich 3-4 mal erwähnt habe, dass ich in Deutschland seit 36 Jahre meine Steuern bezahle, wurde polnische Steuernummer bei den Daten angegeben!!!

No customer service
Until everything is going well it’s good but I have to point out that there is absolutely no customer support as such. Telephone line is useless it loops through and says we have limited capacity. Chat function is ChatGPT not connected to any system which can give actual information. They also do not answer email. So think about the future issues and avoid this broker because if you have a problem you hit the wall.

Muy buena opción para rentabilizar el dinero sin complicaciones. Ofrece intereses altos y competitivos en la cuenta remunerada, con total flexibilidad para retirar el dinero cuando quieras. La app es fácil de usar y todo es transparente. Como punto a mejorar, las retiradas tardan de 1 a 2 días en llegar a tu cuenta bancaria.

Die App ist fast sehr gut
Die App funktioniert gut, Käufe werden schnell abgewickelt und Einzahlungen kommen schnell auf das Depot. Den Kundenservice musste ich bis jetzt in über 3 Jahren noch nicht kontaktieren.
Einziges Feature dass mir noch fehlt, ist dass man seine Rendite in der Übersicht nicht nur nominal, sondern auch prozentual anzeigen lassen kann.
Außerdem wären kürzere Intervalle bei den Sparplänen wünschenswert, wie wöchentlich oder 2-wöchentlich.

Esperienza deludente.
La mia esperienza con Scalable Capital è stata piuttosto deludente.
L'interfaccia utente è poco intuitiva e, in diversi casi, risulta difficile trovare le informazioni o le funzionalità necessarie. Per un servizio che gestisce investimenti e denaro, mi aspetterei una maggiore attenzione all'esperienza utente.
Non ha un regime fiscale gestito, ma promette un report fiscale su supporta la gestione del 730, tuttavia questo report fiscale viene erogato a loro piacere "entro le scadenze fiscali elettroniche previste" che significa il 30 Settembre.
L'aspetto più negativo riguarda però l'assistenza clienti. In pratica, il supporto è demandato quasi esclusivamente a una chat automatica che spesso non riesce a fornire risposte utili o a risolvere problemi specifici. Ancora più frustrante è il fatto che non sia possibile parlare direttamente con un operatore umano quando si ha bisogno di assistenza concreta.
Per un intermediario finanziario, ritengo fondamentale poter contare su un servizio clienti facilmente raggiungibile e competente. Al momento, questo è il principale motivo della mia insoddisfazione.

Una volta c'era la chat ti rispondevano subito adesso devi per forza mandare una email e aspetti giorni. Non sono passata alla concorrenza solo perché esisteva il servizio clienti efficente adesso posso anche pensarci.

Onboarding & Cash Transaction Detail
The onboarding took over a month although I had the documents submitted.
Once I was online I could see that the incoming cash transactions would not show the sender or the sender's account number or bank. I think this is very poor for the real time transactions and should be standard (it is in all the competing online banks).

Our customer service team will process requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. As deposits and withdrawals can only be made from your own designated account, there is no need to specify the sender or the bank. Also we already offer some real-time transfers. Transfers between clearing accounts (internal transfers) take place in real time between Scalable accounts. The same applies to deposits. Withdrawals to your designated account usually take one to two banking days.

Die Registrierung geht super schnell und es ist sehr einfach durch die App zu navigieren.
Die Interaktionen sind einfach gestaltet und funktionieren auch ohne große Vorkenntnisse des Finanzmarktes sehr gut.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe mithilfe der App einen perfekten Einstieg in den Finanzmarkt gefunden.

Leider nur zwei Sterne Bewertung. Für langfristige Investition mit 2,5 Prozent Tagesgeld vielleicht gut. Leider sind viele ETF und Aktien mit Gebühren. Als klein Anleger verlieren sie ihr Geld. Ein Portfolio auf zu bauen ist sehr mühsam und langfristig. Die Gebühren tilgen viele Gewinne.

In unserem Free Broker fallen für Sparpläne auf Aktien, ETFs und sonstige börsengehandelte Produkte (ETP) sowie Käufe ab 250 € Ordervolumen in allen Produkten unserer PRIME Partner Amundi, iShares, Vanguard und Xtrackers keine Ordergebühren via European Investor Exchange und gettex an. Für alle sonstigen Trades fallen Ordergebühren von 0,99 € an. Für Verkäufe von PRIME ETFs fallen im FREE Broker Gebühren von 0,99 € an. Solltest du Fragen dazu haben, wende dich gerne an unseren Kundenservice.
