My new Cozze 17 " pizza grill arrived with a non-functioning/damaged regulator. The moment I notified Schwank via their site, they notified me a replacement regulator was on its way. Customer first? Absolutely!

Since I got to Grill. I haven't stopped using it everyday.
Myself family and friends love the way that the steak is cooked I'll probably already spend $500 in steak.

5 minute steak
I knew I wanted a grill that would cook a steak in 5 minutes and this American made Schwank had to be it. Sturdy construction, no nonsense controls. Turn on the gas and cook. I’m excited to cook again!

don’t think it was professional to add a warranty on and now I have to wait for it to be refunded
you should have it default with no warranty, but instead you have it the opposite way, and without paying extreme attention everybody hits the button for the wrong way to me. That’s not being honest.

I ordered on Saturday. I don't like it when you claim it has been shipped when you have only printed a label. I think this is bullshit customer service. Just my opinion.

To clarify, when a label is created it means your order has been processed and is awaiting pickup by the carrier, sometimes there can be a short delay before tracking updates to show movement. In your case, the label was printed on 9/29, and UPS picked up the package the next day, 9/30. We never want our customers to feel misled, and we’ll review this to ensure our communication is clearer moving forward.
