Only had my first consult so far. Nurse was very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to starting my treatment

The consultation with the NP was very informative and constructive. She was very knowledgeable about the experiences I have been going through and evaluating my blood work. I appreciated her expertise and her advice.

Great experience with the team here. Happy to finally get my self back in order.

Fast responses and a knowledgeable nurse, was led to believe that I could use my medical to cover some of the costs involved but not possible only the medication can be covered under a plan

Easy online navigation and quick response time from staff

The initial bloodwork took a bit to get done as I am in a different province and it would be great if that can go quicker somehow, but the discussion with the doctor was quick and helpful and received my meds the next day. It is a bit tricky to be in a different province and having to rely on mail/courier to get your meds in time, but I opted to pay $25 to get my prescription filled locally.

Joelle is always pleasant to talk to and always had answers for all my questions. She makes it look easy!

Abida (the nurse practitioner) was awesome, deserves 5 stars for sure!

The only reason I gave 4 stars is that their recommended pharmacy Pocketpills did not meet my expectations (don’t accept incoming calls, you have to book a time window & they didn’t return calls in that window anyway). Disappointing. Thankfully S&H was happy to send my prescription to a more customer friendly pharmacy. Thanks S&H, looking forward to my next appointment.

Manuela was clear and concise. She gave very good information and listened when she needed to. Appreciate the time she spent and now hopeful I am on a good path to seeing some improvement.

Fast and simple service. It’s very organized and the process runs smoothly. Very affordable compared to other telehealth clinics. As long as your bloodwork looks good there is no reason not to be on TRT starting in your late 30’s.
