My NP was very informative and gave me opportunities to ask questions and clarify. She was very up to date on all the latest information and studies relating to peri and menopause.

My nurse practitioner was amazing really explained everything very well so I had a much better understanding of my results and solutions to try and fix them.

Last time they took 200 out of my account when I never even got my testosterone I canceled . Then again they took out 200 and this is after all that so think twice before you deal with them . So 400 bucks and I haven't got anything .

Easy service and booking system. I reveived my blood réquisition within a day. As soon as they received the results they took the booking fee off my card and I was able to easily book my appointment online and was able to speak to the NP the day after.

She Really took the time to review my health history and current symptoms.

For years I've been trying to tell my regular doctor about hairloss issue and probably thyroid issues but because my results were within range (but low end of it) I was dismissed and gave up on it.

Sheena brought it up to my attention even if it wasn't my primary concern for that appointment (menopause was) and confirmed to me what I've been suspecting for years but had to give up due to doctor dismissal (my hairloss and fatigue probably linked to thyroid).

So the fact that someone saw it and helped me with it is HUGE and gives me hope to a healthy recovery of my energy level and an end to my hairloss).

In top of everything she was able to get me a costumed treatment plan for ́e as I'm surgically menopause for 9 months now. I definitely recommend them!

Incredible doctors, nurses, and staff that are incredibly accommodating and understanding with what you want/need and are willing to help you achieve your goals.
