Prompt adn efficient service!

I felt heard and my feelings validated.
There was a mishap with time change for my first appointment but this was handled appropriately by reception. My second booked appointment went off without a hitch and the practitioner was fantastic. Looking forward to feeling great again.

The nurse practioner was thorough and listened. My only issue with this company is the app they use by Telus Health. I have been unable to set up the app cause of a bug in the software that won't allow me to input my birthdate. Even though I have made many efforts to contact Telus health, they have not solved the issue and it has been two weeks.

The medical professional I saw was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was very nervous but she made me feel very comfortable.

I cannot give enough respect and great comments to science and humans. It has actually been life-changing for me. I signed up with this company a few years ago entering perimenopause and I changed my life. I did try other companies in the meantime and was very sadly disappointed so ended up joining science and humans again because they are the only company that deals with patients individual needs and health concerns. I cannot say enough good things.

I have just begun the process of my Science & Humans experience. So far so good. The practitioner who I had a consult with yesterday was absolutely lovely, she made me feel very confident that my issues can be resolved.

simple communication, fast response, quick connection to NP

It was great to be listened to, and to have constructive recommendations. I would have preferred a 45 minute initial consult rather than 30 mins. Was recommended other supplements along with a testosterone prescription

It was a nice easy process

I just had a meeting with Dr. Abida Dhukai. Such a lovely kind person and extremely helpful with the information and insights she provided. Could not be happier with the interaction!

My Nurse Practitioner was freaking FANTASTIC and all the research I put in investigating and advocating for myself paid off in spades when she validated everything! The communication was excellent and I understood in no uncertain terms the benefit about to befall me. I’m already on Day 2 and my hands stopped hurting!!! I was energized all day fill of piss and vinegar and it was awesome! o am sharing with EVERYBODY!! 😍

Finally someone who understands
It was a breath of fresh air today to know that the symptoms I have been navigating, often normalizing. Busy mom of 3 teen boys, military spouse, nurse etc it makes sense to feel that was I have been feeling. To have someone explain even further signs and symptoms helped to explain so much more.

Very conveient and easy to request tests and receive service.

I had a good experience with your doctor. But I have not had any follow up, and I’ve paid money, and I just feel used.
