I'm very happy with my recent purchase of the Pure Escape+ scooter. I initially wanted the black colour, but it was oversold. Thanks to Dani's excellent communication, I was quickly sorted with a yellow one which is ok for me.

The scooter arrived in just a few days, well ahead of the 5-7 business days quoted. I'm impressed by the speedy delivery and great customer service.

There's a wealth of conflicting information online about the booming industry of electric scooters. Massimo at the Fairfield store in Melbourne, Victoria, was a friendly character who cleared up all my confusion, was patient with my array of questions, and enabled me to walk away with an awesome purchase and better knowledge. I'm now enjoying my scooter for both work trips and joy rides. Additionally, I had some issues with my scooter which were promptly sorted by Massimo and his team. I'm surprised by the negative reviews here - they don't match the vibe and service I received. Thank you again, Massimo.

Had Dani help me with a freight issue. I emailed about the problem I was having and I was contacted within 5 minutes by Dani. She got onto helping me solve the issue and had it all solved within a day! She constantly kept me updated with emails as she received the information.
