Thank you, Cuff Lock is a heavy piece off kit paint is protected by covers. And if looks are anything to go by someone else's scooter will be taken.

I purchased two scooter locks with Scootlock.com via Ebay.
Our experience was perfect, delivery was fast, they're easy to use (watch the youtube instructions before doing anything with the lock!)
They've been brilliant for us, kids have scooted all over Europe this summer and we've been able to safely leave the scooters when visiting city sites. Highly recommend

The ordering process was easy, the delivery quick and the product a fabulous fit to the scooter. Happy grandson who will be scooting his way to school in the new year 👌

Tax unclear
The website suggests, Tex gets paid for Europe. But not the case. Total cost is not transparent.

Great selection of colourful locks, in this case to be used on a bike, and a great value price. Arrived fast, I like the personalised note and link to an installation video.

Product broken on first use, the housing now has a gap on the side of the button. Wrote this to support a week ago but no answer.

Edit: after writing this review the seller responded and we negotiate what to do

We just buyed scotlock for my sun, Charly und we loving it. This is the one scate lock you can fix on the scate, so the Kids always having with them and they can't lost! Really nice idea! Thanks👍

Even though I didn't get it in time, I must say that i do enjoy the scoot Lock. My original assessment was wrong, very much trustworthy, The orders are done manually, so I was a bit inpatient in assuming i would get a confirmation email. Support was on top of my order, and it all worked out. They contacted me right after I posted my original Review.

Why 4 stars instead of 5?
Because (In the original email back I was told that it was sent that Monday morning and that they didn't have tracking info, mind you this was after i had contacted them through email, and posted my original review.) even though i understand that this is a small business and it is done manually. Sending an email (even if its manually) saying that the product had been sent out would of been nice, and if possible tracking, i understand that is more expensive, but an email confirming that the order was received would of avoided my original post.
Hopefully this will be view as a positive criticism. Good Luck!!

I bought the scoot lock on Feb 25 2023. There website hasn't been updated with the black Friday sales 2022. Which make me worry that they aren't active anymore. My account has been charged. And i have yet to receive an order confirmation. I put the address to my hotel for an upcoming trip. Based on the fact that the estimated dates of arrival were on the dates i was already on my trip. I am very worried that it wont get there in time. And i wont get it at all because i am no longer at that address. I haven't had luck contacting them.

How to resolve this?
Be more responsive, communication is always the key. You have a great product i am sure. But your customer service needs a lot of improving. The confirmation number should be an automatic thing.
Anyways i am hopeful for a response soon. And if i do ill be happy to update it. Otherwise, this are my first thoughts.

Excellent product. My son loves taking his scooter to school and really easy for him to lock up! Customer service is really personal and helpful.

Very prompt delivery of the lock which will be a xmas present for my Grandson. Loved the personalised note accompanying it!

no shipping information, item not delivered

I just received a confirmation that the order has been processed 1 week after my order.

And that doesn't even tell me when it will be here? If it's actually shipped and if there is a tracking number.

The communications from the company are not good.

Excellent product and even better service. After purchasing my lock, I had difficulties setting the code and contacted Scoot Lock direct. Cheryl responded instantly and solved the problem! it was my fault not the product ... highly recommend!
