Dont touch this place. They moved my car between car parks while in their custody. They have damaged my bumper. They wouldn't discuss it when I collected the car. Told to send emails which they do not reply to. Shocking how they can be allowed to operate like this.

No problem with the company bus waiting for us on arrival back at the airport.
Would use again!

The car park was handy for the airport. There was no fuss. Car dropped off and picked back up. Mini bus was waiting to transfer us to and from the airport. While experience went smoothly. Can’t fault it at all. Would definitely use again.

So convenient, dropped the car in reception, jumped straight on the mini bus. Phone call when we were in terminal and we were picked up within 2 minutes. Will definitely use again!

I arrived at the car park with plenty of time to spare before my flight, but I almost missed check-in because of how disorganised the staff were.

While checking my car in, I witnessed the gentleman on duty being rude and abrupt with customers calling for collections. On more than one occasion, he simply hung up on them. That didn’t fill me with confidence about the service I could expect on my return.

We arrived just before 3:45am and, despite there being nobody ahead of us, it took around 15 minutes just to check the car in. We then waited a further 30 minutes for the transfer driver to arrive. Once he did, he spent another 10 minutes messing around instead of leaving. In the end, I had to insist that he take us straight to the airport because we were in danger of missing our check-in.

The transfer vehicle is a small minibus, so if you’re travelling as a larger group, be aware that it will be very cramped or you may have to wait for two separate journeys. The car park itself isn’t a proper tarmac car park either—it’s essentially just a piece of spare ground.

The return journey wasn’t quite as bad, but it still wasn’t well organised. We called after collecting our luggage, and when we arrived at the Holiday Inn pick-up point, there was no transport waiting. When I phoned again, I was told the driver had already been there and left, and they would send him back. It took around 10 minutes. That isn’t the end of the world, but there’s no shelter at the pick-up point, so if you return to typical Glasgow rain, expect to get soaked while you wait.

To be honest, I thought I was booking Flying Scot Parking, which is why I made the reservation. I almost cancelled when I realised it wasn’t, but I thought, “Car parking is car parking.”

It isn’t.

The experience wasn’t a complete disaster, but it easily could have been if we’d missed our flight. For me, the stress simply wasn’t worth the saving. Next time I’ll be booking somewhere else.

Great experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy, communication was great and everything ran smoothly. The airport parking and transfers were quick and hassle free. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend!

Easy to book, followed instructions to location and the boys took over from there. Got us to the drop off point with plenty of time. On arrival back home called to make them aware we had collected our bags, we met them same point as drop off and took us to our car no issues at all, would use again.

Great experience and service

Really easy service! Arrived on site, parked outside portacabin on right hand side. Handed keys over & confirmed paperwork, waited 5 minutes for airport transfer to arrive. I was dropped off at The Holiday Inn Capark a 2 minute walk from the airport. On returning to Glasgow airport I called once past baggage claim and by the time I walked over to the holiday inn transport was waiting. Great service, no complaints!

I booked our parking via the “compare your parking” website. Received a confirmation email saying I was to drop the car off at 28-30 Inchinnan Road. Arrived and it was a locked yard with “Scot Park” signage . Called the number on the email and was told to go to 9 Clark Street instead. It’s only 10 mins away but not great when you’re anxious about getting to the airport. Arrived and was told by a guy that we were in the wrong place again and to take the car to the Holiday Inn express ? Made no sense as others were there dropping their cars and I could see a shuttle bus. I explained to the guy that I wasn’t prepared to take my car to another place just to have some random drive it back to where we were ! Was asked to go to the office (portacabin) to drop off my keys. On the way, was told by another customer to check my mileage . The actual shuttle bus was fine and the driver was polite and helped with our cases . Was dropped off at Holiday Inn Express and not the airport terminal (not really sure why). Advised to call a mobile number on return. Husband felt uneasy about it all and felt it all seemed a bit disorganised .

On arrival we called the mobile number and were told the bus would collect us in 10minutes again from Holiday Inn express. Other families were also waiting and again, all a little disorganised . Arrived at the car park and our car had been moved and had about 12 miles added ? I can only guess it was moved to the other yard for the duration of our holiday. So not monitored or secure as advertised . Our car had also been knocked out of gear (it’s a new automatic) and covered in bird droppings (not their fault I suppose).

I’m not sure if they are a new business or just disorganised but I wouldn’t use again. Was an added stress we didn’t need.

Also … during one phone call the gentleman answered and said “roofing insulation ” , I said do you mean Scot Park and he said yes. 🫤

Turned up on the date, time and location I was provided. Couldn’t find the parking so I then called them, informed me over the telephone that they had moved premises which I explained would be useful information before I arrived. Thankfully the business hadn’t moved too far away and arrived a few minutes later. They came across as rather unorganised. They have 9 seater vans to take you to the airport but obviously don’t pay for any permits so you get dropped off at the holiday inn express which is also where they collect you from. Returned to my car covered in bird poo and had to climb over quite a few high weeds to access it. Pay extra and go elsewhere.
