Your card was declined because there were no funds available. You never actually accessed the software.
To clarify: even for free trials, we require a valid credit card with available funds. We don't accept empty cards, test cards, or fake payment methods.
Our service works perfectly for thousands of paying customers or users testing it with legitimate payment methods.

J'adore scrap.io, je gagne énormément de temps sur la qualification de mes prospects quand je suis en plein démarchage. C'est vraiment top.
En plus, lorsque j'ai accidentellement mis en pause mon abonnement au moment où je souhaitais l'annuler (car plus besoin de démarcher avant presque un an), le support m'a remboursé immédiatement. Alors même que ça faisait deux mois et que j'aurais pu m'en apercevoir plus tÎt ! J'ai récupéré la somme payée sur ces deux mois. Merci Mélodie, et merci scrap.io

Misleading - DON'T USE IN GERMANY
Misleading. Doesn't fully work in germany. They catch you with a $99 plan to filter by Level 2 Divison, but they don't have any Level 2 Divsion in 12 of 16 german states. Support is not helpful at all, just telling me I should subscribe to a $199 plan or filter by thousands of cities in Level 3 manually. Safe your time and use ab etter software. Very very disappointing experience.

You chose our Pro plan ($99/month) which provides Level 2 filtering for "Regierungsbezirke" divisions in Germany.
You asked our support team to allow search by level 1 division ("LÀnder") because the "Regierungsbezirke" don't cover all Germany.
Unfortunately, we don't control Germany's administrative geography - some states have Regierungsbezirke, others don't.
If you want a full coverage of Germany, you will have to search by level 1 division ("LÀnder") with our Agency plan, or directly by country with our Company plan.
The Professional plan's Level 2 filtering cannot provide full Germany coverage due to this administrative structure.

Generally happy, but bad refund policy
Generally, a good tool, but we had an issue with the billing.
We accidentally bought the wrong subscription plan. We immediately contacted support but because it was weekend the support was not working, as they only work Mo-Fr.
As we were in a rush, we already started exporting leads. They now don't want to refund us the package difference because we already started using the plan.

After reviewing your account activity, we noticed that you performed country-level exports during the weekend, which is a feature exclusively available in our Company plan. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the subscription difference once premium features from the higher-tier plan have been used.
Had you limited your exports to Level 1 divisions (which are included in the Agency plan) during our non-business hours, we would have been happy to downgrade you to the Agency plan and refund the price difference.
However, since you utilized Company plan features, even if you haven't used all your credits, we are unable to process a refund.
Our policy exists to ensure fair usage of our platform's capabilities.
