Sent the wrong table from Scuethyee. Now they wonât respond.
I ordered two tables from Scuethyee earlier this year (2025). The coffee table was custom. The sofa table was not.
I knew the order would take 2-3 months. The process of having the order delivered was challenging as Scuethyee asked if I wanted âwhite gloveâ delivery. I confirmed them that I did. They came back to me a few days later and suggested I needed to find someone to get that service. They could not tell me exactly when the delivery would happen so it was impossible to schedule white glove. The table arrived very well packaged and without any damage. They were in very large wooden crates. We were able to uncrate them and move them into our home. We had to pay someone to come and haul off the crates.
The tables are great and the coffee table is what we expected but the sofa table is the wrong size. I brought this to the attention of Scuethyee customer service. I sent pictures with the measurements and have emailed them 10+ times asking how we can remedy this. I want the correct size table as it is specific to my couch size. The first few emails received a response with questions but now they have stopped responding completely. I did see an email from Scuethyee with a $50 promotional coupon recently. I donât think that was their remedy but I was surprised they would send that and ghost me on my multiple emails. These tables are expensive. I believe They are worth it but I would really like to have the one that I ordered. Very disappointed!
