From the first telephone call Scullion law inspired trust. Every request was answered immediately. Kris Buchanan told us what to expect from the outset. He made no foolish promises and always provided realistic advice. His work in the court and with the fiscal was very professional. He is clearly a master of his profession, as is Mr Scullion senior who acted at the first court appearance.

Scullion Law came very highly recommended to me and Stephanie Grieve was allocated to my case. She gave a first class, friendly approachable service at my time of need, and I was grateful for her advice and support.

Throughout the whole process, Miss Grieve put my mind at rest constantly.

Couldn’t recommend anyone else for traffic cases. Had a level of professionalism and understanding for myself going through a hard time with health.

I contacted scullion law following being pulled over by police for speeding and subsequently being charged for driving without correct insurance (misunderstanding with my provider). Stephanie was confident and reassuring that she would be able to reduce my punishment and did just that, managing to get the speeding charge removed. Her confidence provided me with much needed relief as I need my car for employment and was worried about losing my license. I contacted Stephanie after being charged with careless driving with 2 other charges added on. From the start she was very reassuring, explained the process in detail and presented my options. I opted to try for a plea deal as 1 of the charges would have a significant impact on my career. Stephanie was able to strike a deal with the crown to have 2 of the charges removed and I pled guilty to the careless driving. She was also able to mitigate the lowest penalty points/ fine imposed. Not a cheap deal once hidden fees are added. Avoid this firm at all costs.
Every communication seems like an inconvenience for them - which is shocking considering, you are literally paying them to make legal processes more smooth. I would argue they go out of their way to make it more stressful and unpleasant than needed.
