Karen has been amazing! She has helped me lose the weight I wanted and continues to guide and consult with me on the best approach for my lifestyle. She doesn’t just focus on losing the weight; she helps me understand how to keep it off and maintain my results long-term.

As someone who is premenopausal, I’ve also noticed less bloating and a significant increase in my energy, which has made such a difference in how I feel day to day.

Several years ago, I was on Ozempic for my primary care doctor. I struggle with side effects , especially right now nausea and had to stop. Like many of us I gain the weight back which was extremely frustrating . A few years later, I connected with Kay. She encouraged me to try a different medication and work with me to slowly increase, which really helped minimize the side effects.
