They are thieves. Sent them 200 ounces of silver. Box was signed for with no damage after 3 weeks they claim they only received half of it. Wouldn’t call police. Will not do anything to help me. USPS can prove they delivered the package full weight and in good shape.

I am a repeat customer with SD Bullion on the buy side, but just needed to do my first sale back to them. The process was easy, the agent helped me understand exactly what I needed to do. The payment was processed very quickly, and I rec'd it today (they got my items yesterday).
Overall, I received excellent service, a decent fair price and I am very happy.

I recently chose to vault my holdings, so I made a small purchase to see how my bullion would reflect in the vault account. The transfer took a few days but it was seamless. As the price comes down I'll buy more silver and keep stacking!

I have purchased from SD since 2014, BUT they no longer are interested in keeping me as a customer. I have had the following problems with them:
Website ordering and bank connection issues.
Serious communication issues, especially since I have a severe hearing problem. Customer service hung up on me when I asked to speak to a superior.
THEY canceled an order I placed but still charged over $720 market loss plus cancellation fees.

Orderd on 2/5/26, delivered on 2/17/26. Fair price, uncirculated coins, excellent packaging. Great experience!

I find that your prices are better then all sites that I have discovered to date. I'm have been very happy with everything I have purchased so far.

SD Bullion requires the use of PLAID payment system. Most people probably do not realize it but Plaid accesses your account details - balances and transaction. You should not use any merchant that gathers such information. AVOID SDBullion unless you are willing to pay the credit card fees - probably better to just use a different dealer, one that accepts wire transfers or ACH

Super deceptive. You have to look past the picture and title and read past the description to a note at the bottom of the page to lean that the picture, title and description are not accurate. It is literally the last two words on the page other then the satisfaction guarantee,..which is a lie. They had another listing for the same product that had an accurate picture, title, and description. That is what convinced me and why I stopped reading after the description. It has to be intentional deception. I was buying 3 gifts to give to kids for easter but they sent me the 3 orders in 1 plastic flip. I requested to exchange for what the picture, title, description, and other listing led me to believe I had bought and they basically told me to f-off. I would not trust them and of you are going to buy something make sure to read ever word on the page, especially the last two words because that is where they tell you the truth
