Ich kann Seajets absolut nicht empfehlen. Die gesamte Organisation ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Schon beim Ticketkauf wirkt alles überteuert, und der hohe Preis rechtfertigt in keiner Weise die miserable Leistung, die man anschließend erhält. Die Fähren sind grundsätzlich verspätet – und das nicht nur ein paar Minuten, sondern oft so lange, dass der gesamte Reiseplan durcheinandergerät. Verlässlichkeit sieht anders aus.

Am Hafen herrscht reines Chaos: Keine klaren Informationen, keine ordentliche Ausschilderung, niemand, der einem wirklich weiterhilft. Stattdessen wird man von unfreundlichen und genervten Mitarbeitern abgefertigt, die weder hilfsbereit noch professionell wirken. Fragen werden ungeduldig oder gar nicht beantwortet, man fühlt sich als zahlender Kunde schlicht im Weg.

Auf der Fähre selbst geht es genauso unstrukturiert weiter. Boarding und Aussteigen laufen unkoordiniert ab, sodass man sich wie in einer überfüllten Warteschlange fühlt. Dazu kommt, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in keiner Relation steht – für diese Summen würde man zumindest ein Minimum an Service und Pünktlichkeit erwarten.

Alles in allem: Unorganisiert, überteuert, immer verspätet, unfreundliches Personal – eine Katastrophe von Anfang bis Ende. Für mich ist klar: Nie wieder Seajets.

Just travelled on Iolkos from Skopelos to Skiathos where I strapped our 2 cases together once onboard. We were the last to board.
When we went to collect our cases prior to leaving we were the first to go for our cases.
They were not where we left them.
The strap had been removed and one case had been buried under other cases on one side and one under cases on the other side.
This could only have been a deliberate act by the 3 waistcoated goons directing customers to make it difficult for me and my wife.

One of the goons had an anchor tattoo on his neck. Gobshites.

Nous avons réservé une traversée via ce site et nous avons été très déçus par la transparence et l’organisation. Tout d’abord, un frais de checking de 1 € par personne nous a été facturé, ce qui n’est mentionné nulle part sur le site. Ensuite, le prix affiché pour le bateau semble correct au départ, mais au moment de valider le paiement, des frais de service élevés sont ajoutés, ce qui rend le coût final beaucoup plus cher que prévu.

Pour couronner le tout, le bateau était en retard, ce qui a réduit significativement notre temps sur l’île. Nous ne recommandons pas ce site pour ces raisons : manque de transparence sur les frais et mauvaise gestion des horaires.

Tratte ben gestite, puntualità ineccepibile, servizio buono da parte del personale interno e complimenti ai capitani e a chi gestisce il trasporto negli attracchi e nelle varie manovre, super veloci e senza il minimo dubbio nel muovere un mezzo così grande in tutta rapidità! Consiglio, il prezzo è medio alto però ne vale la pena!

Worst ever boat company in Greece. They have been in Sporades island the last 2-3 years and they are destroying these destinations. In the winter the locals need at least 3 days to stay in volos for a one hour job, and in the summer they are totally destroying beginning and end of season with their picky (only when we are totally full) schedule.

Never trust them.
They sent us the ticket we had paid for, but before our voyage,while checking in, we could not carry out the operation.we had to leave after 8 hours, we called them, they told us the ticket had not been paid!!but apart from our bank account which witnessed the opposite, whose screening we sent them, we had the ticket they had emailed us regularly months before.We emailed them all documents, but they never gave us any justification !!
The problem was no other ticket was available for that day, and we could not miss that voyage as we had to arrive in Athens and fly from there to Italy!

Unacceptable behavior. I traveled from Kissamos to Gythio (26.08.25). The captain was waiting for two of his friends to arrive by taxi, the whole route was delayed by 65 minutes, and not even a single announcement was made about the inconvenience.

Pessima organizzazione, ritardo di un’ora e mezza, nessuna possibilità di uscire da sotto coperta. Praticamente una gabbia per cinque ore.
Presente solo un bar (caro).
Peggior traghetto di sempre.

This is an absolute disaster! You pay a shitload of money to be treated like animals, we had to face situations suck as people fainting for the heat, children crying like crazy, old people left and under the sun for hours. If it was a cheap sea company I would almost get it, but it is extremely expensive. And of course no refund at all! If you can just go by plane! At least you would wait in the airport and not under the sun

Pessimi. Ho comprato due volte un traghetto con seajets: uno da paros per naxos, arrivato in ritardo di due ore e mezza e sono stato avvisato del ritardo con un semplice messaggio e una mail spedite un'ora prima della partenza senza nessun tipo di possibilità di risposta;
l'altro invece da naxos a santorini arrivato anche questo in ritardo ("solo" 45 minuti), e anche in questo caso avvisato tramite messaggio e mail al massimo un paio d'ore prima della partenza.
La cosa incredibile è il fatto che nei messaggi diano la colpa al mare mosso e traffico portuale quando tutti gli altri battelli invece sono in orari regolari.

The worse customer experience; changing plans without a message, cancellations without instructions and refunds, price increases without reason

It is a ferry- a bit unstructured boarding. Used SeaJets from Rafina to Andros twice. No line system, security people blowing their whistles non stop at people and cars. When boarding...it is chaos. Everyone rushes up to the front. Deposit your suitcase, check your reservations and then point you where to sit. A bit chaotic... however the staff is friendly and helpful. The ferry (high speed) is clean and the food and bar selection is the best. All in all a good experience minus the chaos in boarding.

Les retards pour ce prix pendant que le météo est magnifique est inexcusable. Personne au port fourni l'information comme si c'était la normalité. Privilégiez a prendre le ferry moins cher car seajet n'est jamais a l'heure.

Absolutely awful, our bus never arrived at our pick up spot in Crete for our trip to Santorini, so when another hour had passed we eventually gave up on waiting for it. When we called the call-center the woman answering, apparently couldn’t get me in contact with the bus or anyone who could help. She simply said “I’m sorry I can’t help you” and rushed to hang up on me. 560 euro spent on absolutely nothing, and it’s outrageous that the company doesn’t have any contact with the busses, when they themselves book them. I cannot recommend it to ANYONE, this is probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

They claim to be handicapped friendly, but only elevator to ground floor, then you have to climb 22 steps to get to your seat, only to find out that wc is only on the ground floor, so you can't eat or drink as it's impossible to go to wc

I just want to say first out I avoid writing a negative review but with Seajets I really feel the need to. Their customer support team is abysmal. I understand English is not their first language. They completely messed up our booking to car to no car. As soon we emailed them about a complain form they didn’t respond to us and we had to send it again. The ferry itself, didn’t get the update with over a weeks notice. We are now owed over 150€ due to their incompetence and lack of communication. I would not recommend

If your boat is deleted (not the fault of the costumer), there is no refund...
It's paid for nothing.
