Did not deliver on time even though they were offering next day delivery if you paid extra.

We are sorry for the delay with your delivery. There was a temporary issue with our internal systems communicating. As a result your order arrived one day late (two working days instead of one working day as promised).

In our earlier email to you we were quick to admit fault and immediately processed a refund for the additional shipping charge, after which we heard nothing else from you.

Whilst I appreciate this hiccup doesn't warrant a 5 star review, I'm sorry that you feel our overall service, communication and attempt to rectify our mistake deserves only 1 star.

If we had been aware that you were unhappy with our service we would have done what we could to resolve it for you.

Excellent service up to delivery

Excellent service up to delivery. Royal Mail returned my parcel to their depot as I was out when they tried to deliver. I arranged a delivery date on line on a day when I would be in. They failed to deliver so I went to the post office at the depot and was able to get the parcel. Phew!!
