Excellent app. Rapid updates via email when reward seats open up.

Great site, reward seat alerts work brilliantly- can’t make up my mind where to go when restrictions are lifted, so have set up several alerts. Love it when I receive a text and email letting me know when new seats have been added! Highly recommended 😍

Absolutely fantastic app! I often check manually but the most useful was when I received an alert and was able to get an award flight I really wanted. Paid for itself 10 times over in my opinion.

Not used them much but easy to use and did what they said they said they would and alerted me for BA seat openings.

Really great for checking BA redemptions, although I haven't used to book yet I will use it when I do.

Fast and Reliable, excellent search facility for seat availability with BA and Virgin.
Never had issue with availability between BA and Seat Spy all have been correct each time when booking.
FAR better system than BA currently has on offer for seat search!

Very clever, such a good website. I find it so hard and frustrating to search BA’s & Virgin’s websites for availability and this site solves it in an instant. And is 100% accurate/reliable

I have set up a number of alerts and all have worked perfectly. Even showed up a seat that I had just released so proved the system works. If you are looking for seats for a date range or just planning a trip this is a very helpful tool

An incredibly useful website that takes the pain out of finding reward flights. The ability to see outbound and return dates together makes searching for reward flights easy!
