Eerst een goede ervaring, nu helaas niet meer.
Ik heb een lange tijd een geweldige ervaring gehad met dit bedrijf. Helaas ben ik na een misverstand voor een half jaar geblokkeerd, wat natuurlijk erg teleurstellend is, maar dat is dan niet anders.
Waar ik nu vooral tegenaan loop, is dat ik al maanden wacht op geld dat maar niet wordt uitbetaald. Erg jammer, want voorheen liep alles altijd soepel.

Ik wil dit graag goed voor je uitzoeken. Over dat misverstand kan ik nu nog niks zeggen, omdat ik je account en de achtergrond niet kan terugvinden op basis van alleen deze review.
Wil je daarom eerst even mailen naar maurice@secretview.io?
Zet daarin:
- het e-mailadres waarmee je bij ons bekend bent
- wanneer je geblokkeerd bent geraakt, ongeveer welke datum
- om welke uitbetaling(en) het gaat, met periode en bedrag (als je dat weet)
Dan kijk ik eerst naar wat er precies is gebeurd en hoe het zit met de blokkade.
Daarna pak ik meteen de uitbetaling met je op en laat ik je weten wat de volgende stap is.

Worst experience with platform for…
Worst experience with platform for mystery shopper. After almost a month I still didnt receive money for my assignment, which I did. I sent them numerous emails asking them to send me documents , which i need to be able to receive money, but no help at all. I dont know if they dont have support team ot they dont care at all to solve issues but this is most disappointing and frustrating experience with this kind of platform and I strongly advise to avoid them.

First..it is not true that you offer solution, noone wrote the email to me with all the details which you wrote here on Trustpilot.Secondly it was me who multiply times contacting you regarding payment.
As well solution to wrote to bank reasonfor transfer, one you suggest for them is unknown and not acceptable, so the way you areare treating me and your behavior is completly unacceptable.
I asked bank for option to return transfer to you, because for almost the month any kind of communication become with you become nightmere.
firstly I had one person dealing with me, that one disappeared and after few attempt I mange to get in touch with someone called Maurice…and Maurice the person didnt send me email with all details which are listed here ( and I have emails to prove).
25 years I am working in customer service and never experience such luck of communication, support and only thins I got is rudeness, absolutely no politeness, no feeling that somebody in secertview care and want to help.

We would like to clarify the facts for transparency. The payment for your completed assignment was successfully sent from our side and has not been returned to us. Your bank has confirmed that the funds are currently on hold, pending additional documentation.
The reason for this hold is that the payment was classified under business consulting (code 305). Mystery shopping assignments completed via the Secret View platform do not fall under consulting, freelance consulting, or advisory services. This classification triggers stricter legal requirements from the bank.
We have explained multiple times that we are not able to issue or sign consulting or freelance agreements, as this would not reflect the nature of the assignment or our cooperation. We also do not have a structural freelance or employment relationship with shoppers.
We have actively provided guidance on how this can be resolved with the bank, including:
requesting a correction of the payment classification, or using a neutral description such as “compensation for a completed assignment via our platform.”
Many shoppers in Serbia successfully receive payments without issues, which indicates this is not a platform-wide problem but a bank-specific classification issue.
We remain willing to cooperate within legal and factual boundaries to help resolve this, and we encourage you to follow up with your bank on the proposed solutions.

Thank you for your updated review. We would like to correct several factual inaccuracies for clarity and transparency.
- You were initially in contact with a colleague named Lamarche. This colleague is no longer employed by Secret View, after which your case was taken over by Maurice.
- On 05 February 2026 at 12:01, a detailed email explaining the situation and possible solutions was sent to you from support@secretview.io.
- We have confirmation that this email was successfully delivered and we will resend it again for completeness.
- The payment for your assignment was completed from our side and has not been returned. The funds are currently held by your bank, not by Secret View.
As explained, the issue is caused by the classification of the transfer under business consulting (code 305). Mystery shopping assignments via our platform do not fall under consulting or freelance services. For legal and factual reasons, we cannot issue or sign documents stating otherwise.
The only documentation we can provide, and have offered, is a neutral confirmation stating:
“Compensation for a completed assignment via our platform.”
This accurately reflects the nature of the assignment and is the only option available to us within legal boundaries.
We understand this situation is frustrating, but we respectfully disagree with the statement that no support was provided. We have responded, clarified the situation, and proposed solutions that are legally correct and consistent with how our platform operates.
We remain willing to cooperate within these boundaries to help resolve the matter.

’ve been working with Secret View for over a year now as a mystery shopper, and my experience has been consistently positive.
The platform is clear and easy to use, assignments are well-briefed, and communication from the team is professional and reliable. Payment is transparent and always handled correctly, which I really appreciate. When questions come up, support is responsive and helpful.
There’s a good variety of retail and hospitality assignments, and expectations are clearly explained, allowing you to complete visits confidently and independently.

Sent me to a debt collector FOR THEIR ERROR!!!
Signed up to Secret View and accepted my first task, on the day of the task they still hadnt sent me the funds so I had to cancel this.
They confirmed it was cancelled and then a week later sent me the money. Due to the conversion I recived aroun £15 less than I should have. The portal told me I needed to pay the full amount back which I was not willing to do as it would put me at a loss for something I hadnt done wrong, so I emailed them to explain this so I could try and resolve it with them.
Continued to try and commincate with them via email but received no helpful responses, once it seemed like they finally understood the issue they said they would "look into it".
I didnt hear anything back for a few weeks until today, when I have receieved proceeds from DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY, who are now trying to add an additional 40 euros to the orignal amount which THEY SENT ME IN ERROR and I have been TRYING TO SEND BACK TO THEM.
I feel sick to my stomach that I ever engaged with this company - the biggest regret of my life.

Goed platform
Secret View heeft leuke opdrachten te bieden, al zijn het er in mijn regio wel wat weinig. Het platform is heel fijn in gebruik en opdrachten zijn altijd snel beoordeeld. Ook is het leuk dat projectleiders je soms actief benaderen of je misschien een opdracht wilt doen.
Helaas ben ik eerder dit jaar plotseling uitgesloten voor opdrachten van AH Online, dat terwijl ik juist alles deed zoals de bedoeling. Het zou komen doordat meerdere bezorgers niet om mijn ID gevraagd hadden en ik dat ook duidelijk vermeld had in de vragenlijst.
Dat is erg jammer, want daardoor blijft er voor mij nog maar een heel beperkt aantal opdrachten over.

We begrijpen dat het jammer is dat je geen AH Online-opdrachten meer kunt doen. We hebben je toen uitgelegd dat dit niet kwam door iets wat je verkeerd deed, maar omdat je de opdrachten zo vaak had uitgevoerd dat sommige chauffeurs je begonnen te herkennen als mystery shopper. Daardoor konden we geen betrouwbare resultaten meer garanderen.
Hopelijk blijf je actief binnen onze community en vind je nog genoeg andere leuke opdrachten in jouw regio, we voegen regelmatig nieuwe projecten toe! Hiervoor kun je zeker een van onze planners, of support benaderen.

Ik vind secret view een fijne en goede platform.
De opdrachten staan duidelijk beschreven en je kunt je goed voorbereiden.
Er wordt snel uitbetaald en ook je beoordeling wordt snel bekeken.
Mijn enige puntje wat ik jammer vind, is het aantal opdrachten.
De afgelopen periode niets kunnen doen, omdat er ook echt niets was. Dat kan regio zijn, maar als ik hem uitbreid komt er ook niets veel uit. Terwijl iemand anders, dezelfde regio, wel vele opdrachten te zien krijgt.
Verder echt leuk om te doen, daarom zou ik meer opdrachten te zien willen hebben.

Super om te horen dat je ons platform fijn vindt en dat de opdrachten duidelijk en leuk zijn om te doen. Ook goed om te horen dat je tevreden bent over de snelheid van de beoordelingen en de uitbetalingen, daar doen we ons best voor!
We begrijpen je punt over het aantal beschikbare opdrachten heel goed. Het aanbod kan inderdaad verschillen per regio en periode. Soms helpt het om in je profiel of in de filters breder te zoeken, bijvoorbeeld door de afstand wat te vergroten, of de periode te verbreden of een andere categorie aan te vinken. Dan is de kans groter dat er meer opdrachten zichtbaar worden.
Daarnaast: je staat er nooit alleen voor. Als je het idee hebt dat er minder opdrachten beschikbaar zijn dan verwacht, neem gerust contact met ons op. We kijken dan graag met je mee of er nog extra mogelijkheden zijn waar je misschien overheen kijkt.
We vinden het geweldig dat je onderdeel bent van onze community en hopen dat je snel weer leuke opdrachten kunt doen. Nogmaals bedankt voor je feedback, daarmee kunnen we Secret View elke dag een beetje beter maken.

Good experiences
The assignments are clear as is the questionair. I did have a few hickups with some assigments but over all I am very positive about them as a mystery shopper. Reliabilaty is very important to me and this is what they are.
I like the reviewing of different kind of companies because now I can finally do something with the tips and advies I would give them, but also to let other companies know to keep on the good work.
Only the AI checking the review could be a reviewed for sometimes it gives comments that are incorrect.
Further I would not mind at all if there would be more companies wanting to be checked.

Scam
So I signed up for an assignment, and then left the country to travel (my fault ) so didn’t have time to complete it, however they had already sent the money. I hadn’t even realised and months later I open an email and I had a racked up a bill of 60 something euro ? When the original sum WAS 20? They got a collector to try and “collect the money “ by scaring me with threats of court. Don’t sign up for them it’s a scam.

When you sign up for a mystery shopping assignment, we transfer the shop credit upfront based on trust, this allows you to make a purchase during your visit. This process is clearly outlined in our terms during signup.
We sent you 4 friendly reminder emails requesting the return of the unused shop credit after you didn't complete the assignment. When we received no response to these reminders, we eventually had to pass the matter to a collection agency, which resulted in the additional costs you mentioned.
We hope this clarifies the process for future reference.

Secret view is een marktonderzoeker die zich voor het grootste deel met voeding bezighoudt. Daarnaast doen ze ook andere onderzoeken voor meubelzaken, zaken op sanitairgebied of slijterijen etc. . Mijn ervaringen om voor hen opdrachten te doen zijn zeer positief. Bij vragen zijn ze altijd bereikbaarder en zeer vriendelijk. De betalingen gaan vaak vooraf. Het is leuk om dit te doen als je vaak met de trein reist.

Secret view is erg leuk om te doen
Secret view is erg leuk om te doen. De opdrachten mogen wel meer uiteraard, maar de begeleiding ervan is top. Ik wordt leuk benaderd of ik een opdracht op kan pakken. De site is ook verbeterd. Soms nog wel dubbele vragen in de vragenlijsten. Snelle afhandeling van de gedane opdrachten en goede en snelle betalingen. Top!

Fijn dat je de begeleiding en communicatie goed ervaart en dat de verbeteringen op de site je zijn opgevallen. Wat betreft de vragenlijsten: soms lijken er inderdaad vragen op elkaar, maar dat is bewust. Door iets op verschillende manieren te vragen, krijgen onze opdrachtgevers een compleet beeld van hoe de klantreis is verlopen. Super dat je de snelle afhandeling en betalingen waardeert. We kijken ernaar uit om je nog veel meer leuke opdrachten te laten doen!
