Received unsolicited trademark solicitation texts on a phone number listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.

The messages falsely implied that I could lose rights to my brand, LLC, domain name, social media accounts, and be forced to rebrand unless I acted immediately. No USPTO application number, applicant identity, or supporting evidence was provided.

The trademark they referenced is already federally registered.

This appears to be a fear-based sales tactic designed to pressure business owners into purchasing trademark services through urgency and alarming legal claims.

Verify everything directly with the USPTO before responding to these solicitations.

These morons reached out to me to offer to trademark my business name and then straight up lied to me about my trademark already being in place. Scam company!!

Unsolicited and illegal text messages. I would consider this a criminal scammer practice.

This is a terrible company that sends spam texts to everyone trying to trick someone into doing business with them.

I have this guy continually contacting me named Alex wanting me to do services with you. He has contacted me every few hours despite being asked to stop and claims he will stop but he doesn't.

I strongly advise any business owner to avoid Secure Mark Consulting. Their primary marketing tactic involves sending out unsolicited text messages falsely claiming that a third party is actively trying to register and steal your business's trademark.

Concerned about my intellectual property, I immediately called the number provided in the text. The representative who answered had zero information about me, my business, or the supposed "threat" mentioned in the message. It is abundantly clear that they are blasting out automated robo-texts to scrape for victims using manufactured fear.

Using deceptive, high-pressure lies to trick people into buying trademark services is as low as it gets. If you need help with a trademark, go to the official USPTO website or hire an independent, licensed attorney. Do not trust a company that relies on scamming you just to get you on the phone.

This firm sends out text messages lying about others trying to steal your businesses trademarks. So scummy. Right after I got the message I called and the supposed sender had absolutely no idea who I was - these are robo-texts.
