Horrible customer service because it is NON-EXISTENT. For weeks I have been trying to reach customer service or technical support for a simple issue and am always on hold for 30 minutes and never speak to someone and then have toned the call and, you know, get back to work because I have things to do other than be jerked around. I tried several times to get through to them by talking to the central monitoring station for false alarms. I ask to speak to a supervisor, and they just put you back in the queue. one agent just cold-transferred me to another colleague in the monitoring department so he clearly lied about saying I'd speak to a supervisor. when I calmly expressed frustration about that and the experience in general I get accused of raising my voice and threaten to end the call. They clearly do not prioritize customer service at all and it shows 100%. Seriously considering just breaking my contract and going with someone else.

No recomiendo para nada esta empresa. Tengo 3 viviendas con ellos y todo son problemas. Me voy a dar de baja primero porq me hacen otra oferta mejor con otra compañía y segundo porq no son nada resolutivos ni tienen servicio de urgencia si no puedes poner la alarma. Para cobrar muy rápidos pero si tienes un problema con la alarma no tienen a nadie para mandarte de urgencias. Nada recomendable.

Lamentable! Aucune conscience professionnelle. Ils ont vendu un système de sécurité digne d’un hyper marché sur une surface de 130m2, à mon prédécesseur, qui s’est laissé berner. C est ce qu on appelle de l’abus de faiblesse.
A priori les détecteur de fumée noir n’existent pas ! On en trouve sur Amazon mais eux ne peuvent pas fournir.
5h de travail facturé alors que 45 min auraient suffit. Il ne faut pas trop les bousculer les pauvre.
Cela s’appelle de l’arnaque.
Surtout fuir! Vous trouverez tous des systèmes de sécurité sur internet à des prix raisonnable et vous serez aussi bien protégé si ce n’est mieux.

Unverständliche Kontrollen auf abgelegenem Parkplatz, wobei die Fahrzeuge vor den Haltern fotografiert wurden.
Securitas entzieht sich feigerweise der Konfrontation.
Chefetage reagiert nach Meldung trotzig und unprofessionell. Gesunder Menschenverstand fehlt gänzlich. Handlungen im Alltag wiedersprechen den Aussagen auf der Homepage komplett. Schade, Ziel wird völlig verfehlt und Machtspiele einzelner Personen zeigen sich deutlich.

Absolutely terrible company. My grandparents had been with them for 7 years, past their contract. The service during the contract was abysmal, and the cancellation process was even worse. Could not get a call back, waited on hold for hours, had to pay for an additional 30 days and then STILL NOT CANCELLED and apparently no history of a cancellation being requested, after hours of effort. Please beware, do not go with this disgusting company.

Incorrect invoicing; price changes with no notice; very difficult to get responses to accounting queries. happily no longer have dealings with them

My alarm system was installed, ongoing seviced and monitored by CIA. However recently CIA have ben taken over by Securitas and ever since the service has been apalling. The latest situation is that in the last TWO maintenance services the documentation I was presented with showed that NO yes NO checks were carried out. The compay puts this down to a software error but the fact remains that I have no documentary evidence that my system has been serviced which is a requirement of my house insurers. Securitas simply could not care and refuse continue to insist that I pay for this in full. I also receive frequent incorrect invoices and noone every answers the phones to deal with the situations.

If I could find a company to take the system over I would but so far I cannot find anyone.

Very disappointing experience with Securitas after their acquisition of Stanley Security.
Their billing practices have become completely unacceptable — they raise invoices however they want, without proper explanation or accuracy. When I contacted their accounts department for clarification, I received no reply at all. Not even an acknowledgment.
Customer service is equally poor. Reaching someone who will actually resolve an issue feels impossible. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is shocking for a company of this size.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from Securitas. Their service quality and customer care have declined dramatically since the acquisition.

Ich habe mich auf eine Stelle als Empfangsmitarbeiter beworben. In der Anzeige, die sehr schön formuliert war, stand unter anderem, dass es sich um Wechselschicht handelt.

Als ich zum Vorstellungsgespräch erschienen bin (90 km in eine Richtung), teilte mir die zuständige Person mit, dass sie jemanden ausschließlich für die Nachmittagsschicht suchen. Und ich hätte dann die Möglichkeit, vormittags zu arbeiten, wenn der andere Kollege im Urlaub ist – also etwa fünf Wochen im Jahr.

Es ist nicht das Problem, dass es so ist. Das Problem ist, dass in der Anzeige etwas anderes steht als das, was tatsächlich gesagt wird.

Nach dieser Erfahrung wundert es mich nicht, dass die Bewertung dieses Arbeitgebers so niedrig ist. Es wundert mich eher, dass sie überhaupt noch so hoch ist.

Securitas took over the intruder alarm business from Stanley, who provided fairly acceptable service. Big price hike immediately. But that's not the main point. Yes, there are some genuinely helpful back office people there, if you can reach them. But the general level of service is atrocious. Privately some of those who work for them agree. Pleased to have parted company with them.

Hab schon lange nicht mehr mit so inkompetente und unehrliche Menschen zutun gehabt. Und für sowas zahlen wir Steuern. Gott steh uns bei.

Jag vill påstå att Securitas bidrar till ett samhälle, där de som bor där straffas, medans andra slipper undan , de bötfäller gärna svenska fordon, medans utländska fordon slipper undan, då jag misstänker att det inte är värt för dem att , pilla dit den lilla gula lappen , med andra ord hjälper de dem som inte vill ha ett Sverige där "våran pappers demokrati" är i världsklass, utan de bidra till ett samhälle med segregation och missnöje , som leder till värre olycka.

2 alarmes depuis plus de 15 ans ne veulent pas se déplacer pour les désactiver matériel inefficace sauf pour les araignées les mouches et les vibrations c est facile de les solliciter pour une installation mais pour le reste démerdez vous de plus arrogants et grossiers au tel je ne les recommande vraiment pas

I have been waiting on the line for 6 hours with no answer.They kept telling me to wait and the help never came.
I literally spent from 11h to 17h.
An now again this morning I am again waiting, after 1 hour I am still on the phone waiting....
