SecurityForBikes - Pragmasis Limited レビュー

I first purchased from Pragmasis after a recommendation from a friend, and I wasn't disappointed. Well designed and well made products with great customer service. When I bought a second motorbike I had no hesitation in buying my security products from them again. Very highly recommend.

Purchased the roundlock, which is cited as fitting 16mm chains but only has a 15mm throat, apparently the Pragmasis 16mm chain is only 15mm across the links.

Discussed over email with the post sales team and very quickly dealt with the return and upgrade to the chamfered socket within a week including both return and replacement. Very happy with the service given here, easy 5-star review.

Ordered a d lock and chain. Couldn't unlock the d lock so sent pictures, asked for a video call and offered to return the product. Only got one response to multiple emails indicating I might be inserting the key incorrectly. Eventually asked for a refund and got no response so filed a claim with my credit card company. Very disappointing

Excellent service from start to finish. I was in contact with Ben at Pragmasis, who supplied us with 28 Super Shed bike shackles. At the time, there were only 8 showing as in stock online, but Ben went above and beyond to arrange for the remaining quantity to be manufactured and delivered within the promised timeframe.

He kept us informed throughout the process and, importantly, delivered exactly when he said he would. The quality of the product is superb and clearly built to last.

Highly recommended – outstanding customer service and a top-quality product.

Over the past year, I've purchased several items from Security For Bikes after acquiring my 1989 BMW K100RS. The website offers superb guidance and top-notch products. Their communication and support have consistently been outstanding. The after-sales service is incredibly supportive and always ready to help. Hearing about their recent closure decision was really disappointing. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Steve, David, and the entire team for all their assistance and wish them the very best in their future endeavors. A fantastic company with incredible people.

Quite simply the best security products out there. There's a reason this business was in trouble a little while ago, it's just because their products are so damn good that you'll only ever have to purchase an item from them once. Fit it, forget it. Brilliant.

I have ordered quite a few products from Security For Bikes in the last year, since getting my 1989 BMW K100RS. An excellent website for advice and great products. Communication and advice has always been excellent. After sales care is second to none, so helpful and eager to assist. I was extremely sad to learn of the decision to close recently. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Steve, David and all the staff who have helped me and wish them all the best for the future. A great company and people.

I have so many products from this company, at least 10 different locks, chains, and anchors. Everything is excellent quality and always received good service.

Great products, great communication, fast shipping.

I’ve used Pragmasis before and my experience with buying items from them has always been excellent.

This order maintained the same (very) high standard.

I was kept informed, the order was dealt with very promptly and the delivery was really quick too. The packaging was well chosen…. Sufficiently strong to cope with the weight of the contents but not wasteful.

Top marks all round and this is a company that I highly recommend and have done so to friends who have been similarly impressed with their purchases.

Excellent service from Pragmasis. I had ordered the 11mm 1.2m chain but the item was out of stock. David at Pragmasis emailed me to tell me so and offered to upgrade me to the 1.5m at no extra cost or to cut down the 1.5m chain to 1.2m. I chose the free upgrade. The chain arrived the next day. It was very well packaged and the chain and protective sleeve looks awesome. Many thanks David and Pragmasis for your help in this matter.

Great lock - sensible price and quick delivery
