Good Product, Good customer service

Great products and communications with purchase. Highly recommended.

Clear communications and delivery on time

I was interested in a Pragmasis product I had seen on a motorcycle security review video on Youtube. I wanted it urgently. However, the product was not visible on their website. Pragmasis prefer you to email rather than phone as it is more a factory than a shop. With doubts about whether a response would be quick enough, I emailed my enquiry. However, David was very responsive and helpful. The product I wanted had been discontinued. David gave me the name of a retailer who may have some of their last stock. They didn't have this product so I emailed back late in the day asking if an alternative could be delivered within 2 working days. David replied again very quickly, and I was able to place an order that evening which arrived early on the 2nd day. Great service.

Outstanding service. There was a small shipping SNAFU that was not their fault, but they helped resolve it quickly. Everything arrived fast, well-packed, and in perfect condition.

The expirience I had was amazing! The process was super easy from start to finish. David the person with whom I communicated during it all, gave me all the information I might have needed. I received my order very fast and it is exactly what I expected. Great quality chane and lock. I will recommend to all my biker friends! Thank you for great expirience!

The website is easy enough to navigate, although I knew what I needed.
Payment easy enough and posted with 3/4 days all in all pretty good

Excellent service once again. My ground anchor arrived very quickly and everything I needed to fit it was in the box.
The products themselves are all extremely well made, and should the worst happen, I’m sure they will stop my bike being taken.
Very highly recommended for any bike security products.

I had an unusual order and everyone went above and beyond to make it happen. I can't say enough about how great the experience was. I would, with zero hesitation, recommend them and their products to anyone who wants the best.

This is a very professional company. From start to finish.
From the advice given to the very smooth transaction and courier dispatch. The quality of their products is first class and from this you can see that they really care and have a real passion for motorcycle security.

Chain & Padlock
Both packed well and dispatched swiftly being noted on progress. The use of DPD was great as can track. Delivery instructions were followed and item left in safe place. The whole process was well communicated, advised and was achieved. Quality was achieved as reported and these were greatly received.
