Pragmasis is a UK-based family-owned company that was established in 2003 after an attempted theft of our own motorcycles. That spurred us on to design and manufacture the highly-rated Torc ground anchor, the Protector range of security chains, the Shed Shackle, the Anti-Pinch Pin and more innovative and practical security products.
We are an ethical engineering company dedicated to the manufacture of high quality security products for motorcycles, bicycles, sheds and many other applications. Our products have achieved the highest independent certifications and have won many awards.
Quality, reliability and customer service are what drives us, with attention to detail setting us apart from others. We have always manufactured to strict specifications so we can sleep at night, confident that we are producing top-quality products.
We have a wide range of products and explain pros and cons honestly and clearly to help customers make the best selection for their individual circumstances.
We take customer service extremely seriously and always try to go 'the extra mile' to help whenever we can, happily giving advice on product selection and usage.
Just as we respect our customers, we also respect the environment and have been active in the field of wildlife conservation over many years. The company has sponsored our Alvecote Wood ancient woodland conservation project since 2007 and has provided funding and support for several other environmental and conservation initiatives.
We continue to be passionate about what we do to help people keep their property safe and to help the planet.

Hi, We do try to go 'above and beyond' what you might get from a lot of other suppliers, and it's lovely to hear from people that appreciate it. Thanks very much for your feedback. Much appreciated, Steve.
An excellent piece of security
Thanks for a simple ordering process, a quick and efficient despatch/delivery and, most of all, for a very solid bit of security equipment.
I see a few comments about the masonry bit supplied in the kit not being adequate but I found quite the reverse. The bit is very good quality and more that "man-enough" for 4 x 95mm deep holes. I did use a mains drill [rather than a battery one] but it is a budget brand, the like of which many householders would have at their disposal.
All in all, the quality [and heft] of the anchor gives a great deal of confidence in the system. Whilst no security system is 100% thief-proof, your Torc Maxi gives me the confidence to believe any attempts at theft would be too much trouble for the local "borrowers" and they'd go looking elsewhere for easier opportunities.

SecurityForBikes - Pragmasis Limited ããã®åç
Thanks very much for your kind feedback. I'm glad the drill was fine. It normally is, as we sell lots and the percentage of issues is very low tbh. The Torc Maxi itself is a very popular anchor as well as being a good deterrent for thieves so we're glad, again, that you are pleased with the overall result and with our service. Thanks again, Steve.
Shed shackle - great product, great price!
I bought a shed shackle to protect my new ebike. The information on the website is great and the team answered a question I had very rapidly. The quality of the shackle itself is super, and just the idea is pretty unique and clever. Installing was easy, about 30mins with basic DIY skills. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Great Products and Service
I've been using SecurityForBikes.com (Pragmasis) for close to four years and I've purchased many items from them, Ground Anchors, Chains and Locks.
The products are very good, so much so, I keep returning for more so that I have multiple options for home, work and when I travel.
Communication has always been fantastic and at one stage there appeared to be an issue with PayPal, emails were returned within a couple of hours providing support and assistance with other payment options.
When looking at competitors, SecurityForBikes always wins, the quality and support is well worth it and they also offer discounts via Bennetts (check your membership discounts).
