Quick delivery and love the watch

From the moment I enquired about the Sekvens 01 collaboration with Ollech & Wajs watches I could not be more impressed with the service I received from Anders. They were able to answer all my questions in detail. There was no language barrier and the communication was prompt and professional.
Once I made the purchase the procedure was explained simply and I was able to track the courier easily. As a customer from outside the EU it was the first time I’ve imported such an item. Sekvens ensured that all the paperwork for import to the uk was carried out by a reliable third party provider (UPS). This was reassuring and the delivery was without problems. Payment of import duties and taxes was managed via the courier’s dedicated e-portal. I am very satisfied and love my new acquisition and would thoroughly recommend Anders and Sekvens. Thankyou

Very quick to respond I sent an enquirer about an exchange and got a reply well within 24hrs, and I got the watch the same week I posted my one out to them. The watch is fantastic, this wasn’t my first purchase from Sekvens and it won’t be my last.
