I have only good things to say about it both Dr. Selçuk Inanli and his assistant Aleyna. They took great care of us from the very begging to the end I was able to ask them any questions at any time which is so convenient. Our hotel and hospital stay was also very comfortable staff at all locations was very understanding and loving. I got both a rhinoplasty and Otoplasty done at once. I was very very scared however they made the experience so pleasant for me.

I underwent a septorhinoplasty with Prof. Selçuk İnanlı and my experience has been exceptional.

What impressed me most was that he approached my case not only as a surgeon but as someone with a genuine artistic eye and understanding of facial harmony. Rather than imposing a generic aesthetic result, he carefully preserved my natural ethnic features while correcting both functional and structural issues.

Prior to surgery, I had significant breathing difficulties caused by a severely deviated septum and internal nasal obstruction. One side of my nose was approximately 90% blocked, and for years I mistakenly believed many of my symptoms were simply allergies. Prof. İnanlı thoroughly assessed the underlying issues and reconstructed the internal structures, including the septum and cartilage, to restore proper function.

The entire team was transparent from the beginning about what recovery would look like at each stage, including the swelling, congestion and the normal emotional ups and downs that can accompany healing. This honesty helped me feel informed and reassured throughout the process.

I was checked on daily by the team and always felt supported. I was also able to speak with Prof. İnanlı personally before surgery when he came to my hospital room, which gave me a great deal of confidence and reassurance.

Five days after surgery, I had a detailed post-operative examination with him where he carefully explained exactly what had been done during the procedure and the reasoning behind the surgical decisions. What genuinely stood out to me was his enthusiasm for his work. It was clear that he sees rhinoplasty as both a science and an art. He spoke passionately about the process, the reconstruction work and the aesthetic considerations involved, and it was obvious that he takes real pride in achieving natural results for his patients.

Aesthetically, the result is exactly what I hoped for. Even within two weeks, my nose looked remarkably natural. It does not look over-operated or artificial. Instead, it looks like my own nose, but stronger, more symmetrical and structurally sound. Most importantly, he preserved my ethnic identity and facial harmony while addressing the underlying functional problems.

Dr Selcuk and his team were attentive and genuinely interested in my case. I travelled to Turkey, Istanbul for this revision nose job because the first one I had done in Australia was terrible — they completely messed it up. My nose collapsed, leaving me with no bridge and looking like a boxer’s nose. It also greatly affected the breathing in my right nostril.

I spent 15 years waiting and looking into options because revisions in Australia are very expensive and not covered under private insurance. I investigated 8 options — 2 in Australia, 2 in Korea, 2 in Thailand, and 2 in Turkey. The whole process took me around 18 months.

From the start, I found Dr Selcuk had a good bedside manner and was professional. I felt early on that I had made the right choice for me at the time.

There were some slight complications after the procedure due to excessive bleeding, but this was handled. I would say these procedures are quite involved, so it would have been ideal to have someone there with me at the time. That said, the support from the staff was great, and I did feel like they genuinely cared.

They have consistently followed up with me, even though I am based in Melbourne and they are in Istanbul. I would have liked better airflow and breathing in my right nostril, but overall it is still a good result given the complexity of the case.

It has taken about 18 months to feel normal again, and I still need to be careful with my nose. I would say after a revision, it’s around a 2-year process to fully heal.

My only concern was that when I went into the surgery room, I didn’t see Dr Selcuk. It would have been much better to have seen him there as I was going under.

The new hospital was top-notch. The food was very basic and could be improved, but overall, it was very good facility. Would i recommend him, Yes, I would. My confidence has been restored and while it would never be the same as my natural nose, i was very happy with the result. At the 18month mark, I am happy and hope it continues and has no further issues. I would recommend Dr/Prof Selcuk to those considering the trip to Turkey. This platform only allows for reviews to be within 12 months. The operation happen Oct 2024. Its now April 2026.

Dr. İnanlı performed my rhinoplasty 13 years ago. About four months ago, he performed my facelift and neck lift. As a Solo Traveller, having the support of both Doctor Selcuk and his Lovely assistant throughout the process was a great help, not only were they there for any questions (even out of work hours) but the whole experience was made stressfree due to them. My daughter had a hump on her nose due to a past injury. During our first appointment, after a very thorough examination, Dr. İnanlı explained everything to us in great detail. We also learned that she had a deviated septum. He carefully walked us through the situation, even showing us on the computer what her nose could look like after surgery and explaining the available options.

His assistant, Aleyna, is absolutely lovely. She made the admission process, hospitalization, and all the post-surgical administrative steps incredibly smooth. We never had to worry about where to go or what to do—she guided us through every step.

The surgery itself went very smoothly, and the post-operative care was excellent. Every detail and expectation had been clearly discussed beforehand, and everything happened exactly as Dr. İnanlı had explained—like clockwork. My daughter experienced no pain after the surgery. The only discomfort she had was breathing through her mouth for about a week until the silicone tubes were removed.

At the post-operative visit, once the tubes were removed, Dr. İnanlı also discussed long-term care and precautions with us.

My daughter is absolutely ecstatic with the results. She looks beautiful, and her nose looks perfect. Prof. İnanlı is an outstanding surgeon, and his bedside manner is truly exceptional.

I had a deviated septum, which made one nostril much smaller and almost impossible to breathe through. This caused constant nasal congestion and discomfort in everyday life. I was also unhappy with the shape of my nose: as a woman, I did not like my hump and the heavy, rounded tip. I flew from Dubai to Istanbul, and the next day I had a thorough consultation and examination with Dr. Inanli, which immediately confirmed his expertise. We discussed my breathing, my facial proportions, and what my future nose would look like — all of my wishes were taken into account. That same evening, he performed my surgery. My operation lasted 4 hours, and I finally got my ideal nose that also breathes well. I am 100% happy with the result!

Amazing from the very beginning. For context I was having revision surgery after having primary rhinoplasty in the U.K. and was left unhappy with the results. I consulted a few doctors and knew from the consultation in person with Prof Selcuk that he would be my doctor. The consultation was in depth and I felt understood and heard. He spoke all the parts of my nose that I wanted to fix and set realistic expectations. The experience with his assistant Elenya has been incredible with prompt responses to all my questions (there were lots) and you can tell that she really cares. Since arriving in Istanbul the whole process has been so smooth. The day of surgery I was nervous but both Prof Selcuk and Elenya put me at ease. I am almost one week post op and have been checked up on everyday. I also received table pictures promptly after surgery and couldn’t believe them I was amazed the man’s a magician ! Couldn’t recommend enough !

Firstly very thankful for my beautiful new nose, Prof. Selcuk is very knowledgeable, patient & friendly with everything. He totally understands your needs and concerns and try to help you with everything brilliantly.

His assistant Alyena is very great at her work and guides you with process, procedures and any support needed.

To give some background - I had a couple of previous Rhinoplasty operations with different surgeons in the UK and in South Africa. They did an ‘OK’ job - but not brilliant. I’m a real perfectionist - and - although they went ok - they were not great. And admittedly, what I now know is that - the success of the end result was not only down to them as surgeons - I played a part too - as on reflection, I now know that I didn’t follow guidance or follow the right procedure in looking after myself or new nose(s), which effected the end result. I hold my hands up - I’m partly to blame that the outcome wasn’t perfect - as I didn’t do the right thing to take care of my surgeries.

That said - I do wish I had found Professor Inanli in the first place and skipped all the errors. But - I got there eventually. And - I’m so glad I did find him.

As a middle aged man living in the UK, I had kind of given up and accepted that despite previous rhinoplasty’s - my nose was just the way it was. I knew I was a complex case surgery. My septum was extremely damaged. A 1cm perforation in the middle of the septum which had a huge impact on my breathing. The tip of my nose pulled to one side when I smiled - which I hated. A columella tip that was a teardrop that I wanted lifted / flat / square. I knew this was a big operation. I needed someone good - and I found him - Dr Selcuk Inanli.

I did LOTS of research and found Professor Inanli online. I wanted an experienced surgeon that wasn’t just focused on the aesthetics of the visual effect of the nose - I wanted an expert who would be focused on the inside mechanics of the nose. And Dr Inali was that man. He ticked both of the boxes and EXCEEDED my expectations. The inside of my badly damaged nose is repaired and the outside is looking great. 5 weeks on - I’m so happy. It was without doubt the toughest operation I have been through. The recovery has been long and hard. But - it was all worth it.

When I came round after surgery, I was told I had been under anaesthetic for 5.5hrs and had been operated on for all that time by Prof Inanli. Wow. That is such a long operation! But that spoke volumes to me about Prof Inanli - as it told me that he had spent a long long time operating on me to get the right result. And he did.

I had a rib cartilage graft which was tough on my body. But - it’s what was needed to achieve the result that we have. My nose looks fantastic. It was a tough going operation - but a million percent you are in the BEST hands! Professor Inanli is incredible at what he does. I’m so glad I found him.

I felt safe and I knew I was in good hands.

As an anxious person, I didn't really know what to expect from the surgery. The Professor, Alenya and the team have been understanding and very patient, they reassured me and helped me get through the preparation and the post op phase. It was a pleasure seeing how the problem with my nose was studied and understood by Prof Inanli, who advised me towards a well balanced, natural esthetic, I love my new nose, I love my new face!
