BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED RECURRING CHARGES – DO NOT ORDER FROM SELENE PETS
I purchased a dog water fountain from Selene Pets on October 1 for $118. The package arrived on October 12, and I thought that was the end of my transaction. Then, on October 29, I was hit with an additional $59.96 charge for dog skincare products that I NEVER ordered or authorized.
I never signed up for a subscription, membership, or recurring shipments. I received no order confirmation for these products, yet somehow the charge appeared on my bank account and the order showed up in my Selene Pets account.
Trying to cancel this supposed subscription has been an absolute nightmare. Their website shows the additional order but provides no way to cancel it. When I try to manage the subscription, their system tells me there is no record of me as a customer, despite the fact that they clearly have no problem charging my payment method!
I contacted TD Bank to dispute the charge, and now I'm stuck jumping through hoops because the transaction is being classified as a recurring membership fee. Even worse, I've been told I need to attempt to return my original purchase. The water fountain is STILL UNOPENED in its original packaging, and I am more than willing to return it. I have requested a prepaid shipping label, return instructions, cancellation of all recurring charges, and refunds.
A company should not be able to charge customers for products they never ordered and then make it nearly impossible to cancel whatever subscription they claim exists.
I am now having to spend my own time trying to get my money back, stop future charges, and return a product I haven't even opened.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE GIVING THIS COMPANY YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION. Check your bank statements closely after ordering, and watch out for unexpected recurring charges.
I will be pursuing this with my bank, the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and consumer protection agencies if this is not resolved. Absolutely unacceptable business practices.

The bowl is amazing. Pump motor is quiet so he is not afraid of the fountain.

My dog likes her new water source and is a constant drinker.
She has always been a big water drinker and constantly rinsing and refilling her multiple old bowls was a pain. Now its just the Selene 7 liter fountain and her food bowl water.

I love love love the water bowl
I love love love the water bowl. Our pup Nora drinks more water and I never worry about it getting dirty. Their customer service is wonderful. I get an email when my filters are coming and the best part is I can email them through that email. I don’t have to do anything but respond to the email if I want to change anything.

I have two American Akitas and they are…
I have two American Akitas and they are big and tall dogs. This water bowl is excellent as it allows my fur babies to drink water without straining their necks. The motion sensor which activates the flow of water keeps the water fresh and bacteria free because it no longer is standing water but now free flowing.

I take care of my son’s dog
I take care of my son’s dog, about three or four days a week. I saw the advertisement for the Celine automatic watering system. It looked interesting enough to me, so I bought one. Once I got it home and set up, I got the dog. He loves drinking water out of it. He really enjoys lapping at the water as it’s coming out of the fountain. It’s well-made, good quality material, and easy to assemble if you follow the instructions, it works wonderfully. I highly recommend this for your pets. I got the largest one and in hindsight I could’ve bought the next size down, it would’ve worked out fine also..

We have 6 thirsty dachshunds
We have 6 thirsty dachshunds. 4 of them were very suspicious of the bubbling fountain with blue lights that started pouring water when they came to their feed bowls. The youngest 2 were drinking from it within the hour and the other 4 by the 2nd and 3rd days. Now if I let it run, they sit around the magic fountain and just wait for it to produce. I use the tarter control liquid and i think they may like it too.

Excellent customer service!!! Unfortunately, I found out my rescue pup will not eat or drink from metal bowls. The unit worked great, but he will not go near metal bowls for some odd reason. Selene, however was understanding and refunded my entire purchase including the extra filters. Why can't all companies be so efficient.

Living in Arizona water is important. Our dog would only drink when she had to. Now it is amazing how much water she drinks from our new Selene water fountain. Love the water level indicator on the side to let you know when to refill it!!

Selene water fountain for The Royals
We bought the Selene water fountain for our pups, "the royals" in our household, King Louie & Queen Chloe,our Frenchies were apprehensive at first and it took a couple of hours for them to get used to it. Once they took a refreshing taste of the water they loved it ! We understand the importance of fresh clean water for them and their kidneys and over all health. My pooches love it!
Love the new water fountain! It was very easy to assemble. I ordered the small size for my two Yorkies. They did not hesitate to drink from it! I think they love the fresh "flowing" water and they seem to be drinking more water! I feel like the metal dish is more sterile than their former plastic dish. The fountain is super quiet. I haven't had it long enough to judge the ease of changing filter and cleaning but I don't see that being problematic. The only improvement I may suggest is possibly a guard or taller lip around the dish to prevent water from splashing out. My package arrived damaged and consequently, the bowl had a small dent in it. The dent was in the back of the dish so I did not feel the need to return. So far, I think it's a great product and my pooches seem to approve, too!

First of all
First of all, the unit is extremely quiet! The volume of water that is held in the tank is good for a couple of days at my house with multiple pets, two if which are German Shepherds. Being stainless steel, I'm expecting the clean-up of the reservoir to be easy, and only a few steps to clean the pump (which I have not yet done). This unit replaces a fountain for my dogs that I have had for over 10 years. I hope that this one will last as long! Overall experience was outstanding...both Dogs and Cats are enjoying the new fountain.

This is the worst business and poor…
This is the worst business and poor service to deal with. I ordered a pet fountain and filters. I have reached out to them 5 times regarding not having received the fountain. I kept getting messages that my purchase was in process and then when my purchase was delivered, no fountain only the filters. No one in customer service for this business will respond regarding "where the fountain is" or otherwise. I would never purchase or recommend a purchase from this business. I've now turned this over to my Credit Card Disputes dept.
