Very happy with the product as are my dogs. Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

I had a question regarding deliver and customer service got back to me very quickly with an answer and follow up. I ordered the wrong size, and they worked with me to come up with a solution to my issue. so far my experience with customer service has been wonderful.

I never knew how much bacteria gathered in the water bowl the filters make a big difference, my dogs love the fountain

Though off to a rocky start ( unit damaged upon receipt, no response from website for many days) I have finally received the replacement bowl. My cats were baffled at first by the automagic flow, but now are used to it. Even my sink drinkers use it! I can't comment on slime buildup as I just started using it.

Great customer service, after care, and the drinking fountain is great for my large dogs.

I emailed Selene due to a motor no longer working. They emailed back within 24 hours and gave me three options to fix it. All were super easy and it worked!!!!! The motor just needed to be cleaned out. Tank the English bulldogs water fountain works again!!!!!! That means we’re all happy!!!! Thank you for the fast and very successful information.

First and foremost, their advertising was great! That’s what got me intrigued. It made me realize how unhealthy a regular dog water bowl usually is. Even if you rinse it clean it change it several times a day like I do. There’s still always crumbs of his food or God knows what floating in it. And so we dump it. But how many sips did he have before its discarded? Mine arrived today. I was very happy and anxious to get it up and running. I did as they instructed and left it by my dog’s current water dash. He went for the Selene like the old one never existed! I was so happy and pleased he took to it right away! And he truly loves getting sips directly from the faucet as well. By far, this is the best money I have spent on my dog since I rescued him four months ago. I highly recommend! And as far as the service is concerned, top-notch. Every email I sent was responded to in record time. I know there’s AI, but to me for some reason it seemed personal. And that’s all that mattered. I walked away a happy customer. Do yourself and your Dog a favor and get SELENE!!

We ordered a 4L pet fountain from Selene. The flimsy product packaging was shipped in a mailing envelope and the bowl was damaged so that it was unusable. In addition, the extra filters we ordered were the incorrect size for the model we purchased. After numerous emails and nearly one month, Selene sent a replacement bowl and filters. The product was, once again, improperly packaged. We contacted Selene customer service requesting a full refund and instructions for returning both damaged products. Neither of the damaged fountains is usable. Selene offered incentives but have not agreed to a full refund - they say we're responsible for the original shipping charge. We reiterated that we should be entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs, because of their improper packaging for shipment (e.g., product is not protected from damage). We strongly recommend using another supplier for your pet's fountain.

This waterer is beyond awesome. So quiet and the water is very well filtered. Even my young standard poodle loves it. Yes, I would recommend it to everyone. Make your purchase from the Selenepets store. Customer service is over the top. Thanks for a great product.

Just received mine. Was a bit mixed up the instructions so I wrote them. They responded right away. Still had a question and again they responded right away. Finally they sent me a video and explained all I needed to know. Very pleasant to work with and Customer service was very good.

This company is super easy to work with. I had an issue with the delivery address of my order and they worked hard to get it resolved!

The 3 dogs love the fountain. I believe for the future I would want a cordless one. I have the corded one now, but the power cord is not long enough. So I have to use an extension cord with it. It works great and the best part is how the dogs like it. Thank you!! ❤️☺️👍

I ordered the large dog water bowl and my dogs loved it. Nice clean water. After 3 weeks I had to change the filter and the filter had picked up a lot of yuck that was in the water. Amazing how it filters. I had a problem with a leak shortly after that. I contacted Selene and got a reply the same day. They sent me out a new bowl at no charge. Their customer service is excellent. Love the product took Maximus a little while to get use to lol but he uses it regularly

We have experienced where my delivery was left at the wrong address abd thus did not receive. Seller is redoing my complete order and shipping back out to me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our furkids are our worlds. Fresh water is very important to their health and the filter system is the best on the market. We chose the wireless 7L unit for our 3 pups and have never been happier. The support staff has been top notch when minor issues have arose.

Incredible company! I wrote the company about an issue with my purchase. The company replied to my email within 8 hours and worked with me until the issue was resolved. In the world today, this type of service is hard to find.

Does not ship to Alaska, and customer service is terrible**

I had to email Selene multiple times just to get any response about my order. Getting it shipped was a nightmare.

They do not ship to Alaska. Alaska is a state. I had to set up a forwarding service in Idaho just to get my order, and I still have to pay extra to get it forwarded to me here.

I should not have had to jump through this many hoops for an order I already paid for. I would not recommend this company if you live in Alaska.

Only had my dog water bowl for a week. It came in a bag not doubled boxed and the bowl had a small dent. Doesn’t affect anything. Have 4 large and medium dogs. Bought this for several reasons. 2 GSD dogs love to play in water. It’s every where. Now there is less water on the floor. My older GSD hasn’t really started using it much. For his health I hope he does. Selene has been good to let me know what is going on and giving tips. I like the filters keeping the water cleaner. It’s a nice stainless steel bowl. Did not come with a plug in adapter. I like it so far.
