Thirsty no more

I absolutely love the 7L fountain but…
I absolutely love the 7L fountain but my 3 weird 12 yr old pups are looking at it like a stranger just occupied the kitchen. I am sure when they get thirsty they will love it like i do.
The customer service at Selene is wonderful. I had a small problem and they resolved everything in less than one day. If these crazy pups of mine show an interest in the fountain i plan on purchasing the 4L for another area.

I had an issue with the pump and…
I had an issue with the pump and contacted customer service. I had barely left the laptop when a response was received. They walked me through the process and the fountain was up and running again. This is a great product backed by superb service. The fountain supported with good folks is a winning duo. The water has stayed clean and the dogs seem to drink more from the fountain.

Absolutely LOVE this product! Very well made, easy to use, great customer service and the most important part; after weeks of my dog all but refusing to drink, she now stops to drink water every time she passes her bowl! So far it’s working great
So far it’s working great. Water stays clean with limited dog slime. Dogs are happy with clean running water. Light on the front helps to know when to add water. I’d recommend.

What great customer service
What great customer service! I couldn’t grt logged into the portal but it didnt matter, the customer service tram took care of me the whole way. I wanted to return the larger bowl to get the smaller one and they walked me through it step by step. I cannot say enough good things about them!

My experience has been great and I need another one for inside.
My experience has been great! My guys ( 2 working Labradors ) have always enjoyed drinking from our outdoor fountain during the summer.
The garage and indoor bowls have been a constant mess with dirty water. Our new Selene in the garage has been a big hit with them. It has made our water program much easier too. These guys are a little sloppy and we were changing water out 2-3 times/ day which is now down to once every 3-4 days.
The product quality is great and it is easy use.
I’m looking forward to getting another unit for inside the house for the little dogs.

Customer service was very responsive…
Customer service was very responsive and sought to resolve my issue quickly. My dog loves the fountain and we feel it has made a huge difference in his health since his hydration has improved.

I had problems with a part. So I wrote to Selene and explained what was wrong and described what I needed. They went right to work to solve my issue. They took great care of me and the part is on its own at free of charge.

Disapointed
Took a long time for order to arrive I thought it was coming from the States but no overseas. It is not as heavy a gauge metal as I hoped and actually has two dents upon arrival. The box was nearly demolished upon arrival. I was disappointed to say the least. Then I was somehow enrolled in a filter subscription that I did not want that has been cancelled. Good luck to future shoppers.

I am 100% happy with the product but no customer service #
I am 100% happy with the product. The fountain is very quiet Dogs adjusted to it right away even the cat did I have no problems with the product at all I'm 100% happy. When it comes to the company that's a different story, I ordered this water fountain along with the six-month supply of filters, but I never signed up for auto ship. I got an email this morning saying my 6-month supply of filters will be shipped in three days. I immediately tried to find a customer service number only to find out that there is none, the only way you can communicate with this company is through email. That in itself just upset me even more. Anyway Long story short I canceled the subscription emailed the company and they willingly gave me a 30% refund on my purchase price. I did not ask for that they willingly offered it to me, and I accepted it. They need to change their ways and get a customer service number where people can contact them and eliminate their automatic filter shipping. Thank you

Dogs loved it after it was working
So first I could not get my fountain working. I discovered that the spout needs to be fully seated on the lid. It’s important to follow the instructions of giving the motor a little bit of time. Once I got it working, to my dogs loved it and wouldn’t stop drinking from it. Unfortunately the pump stopped working after a week. I am waiting for my replacement. I am grateful that the company has agreed to replace the pump immediately. I will update my review after my pump has been replaced.
