Great PPC Management Service
The Service that SellerApp provides is really good, they taking care about any detail and try provide exactly what the customer expect. I´m Satisfied with their Service!

sloppy service. they gave a deadline to deliver the service but failed to do so. i had to followup to check and not even an apology and was replied with very superficial "reasons". literally wasted $350usd... im not sure how true/authentic other reviews are but it was a first and bad experience.

Good customer success team who are easily reachable. Tools are very efficient especially the keyword tracking tool.

If there was a star rating of 100, I would've chosen it. Not only I am satisfied with the responses, I am also very pleased with the way Alex responded to all of my questions in detail and shown a great attitude.

It's an amazing tool to supplement ppc strategy, They know how to structure the campaign and use bid management better than the others. I've been impressed with my CTR and ACos on some of the campaigns, They are very result driven team

It's nightmare , I spent just less than 10 minutes and cancelled the subscription as it is nothing, they have to have smart thinking as this just wasting time.

I came to Sellerapp from a similar service that had absolutely no support. It was about 10% the price, but what good is it if you can't use it? After being disappointed with the other service I was somewhat apprehensive, but Sellerapp has been with me from day one and well worth every penny I have spent. Sellerapp has not only been available when I need them, but helped me strategize my marketing plan. I've been working with Sunitha who knows this stuff inside and out. AND she's patient. When I don't understand something clearly, she makes sure we don't move on until I do. I can't recommend Sellerapp highly enough. The only negative is that with the time difference scheduling phone time is not always ideal. But, we don't live in an ideal world, now do we? But, Sellerapp is damn close! Tom ;-)

SellerApp makes everything super easy and smooth for my Amazon selling business. I have spend lot of time for researching which would be the best analytic too and I finally found one. Now it's really hard for me to imagine my business without sellerapp. Highly Recommended.

Love the software, has many features especially ppc and profit dashboard gives tons of information. Earlier I use to be fan of other tools, now I realised you need just one tool - SellerApp to succeed @ Amazon.

SellerApp appears to a great app! My issue was, I made appointments to help me with a specific issue and they were unable to keep the appointment or was late. Then there was the time when the phone reception was very poor. Due to the Q4 I really needed some understanding with using the SellerApp and was excitedly waiting for the consultation but never happened. Also, when I signed up it was difficult to really understand the accent; however there was a female I spoke to briefly Ankitha, I was able to understand her, but the phone reception was very poor. As for customer service, I had no problem. I ended by canceling and money was refunded with no problem. Again, it appears to be a great app with everything in one place, and I probably would have stated if I had gotten the help that I needed in a timely manner.
