they give hand to scameing website , not any support for them

I got scammed by this shop. I sent an email to their support and reported the issue, but I never received any reply. They will probably deny it, but be careful — I strongly advise avoiding sellsn .

I've been using the PROFESSIONAL plan for about 4 months now and I have to admit it's been crazy, they have a really good API that allows me to implement it in my personal stores, plus they don't charge commissions unlike many other competitors, I just recently decided to change to the annual plan and I have to admit it's been a really good decision, they're very hard-working and the service is excellent, I definitely recommend it a lot!!

After using the professional plan for several months, I have to say this: overall, everything it offers is quite good, but the support is terrible (they don't respond at all), from times when some payment methods didn't work and when I reported it they told me "idk", to even some options within the website that didn't work (like the subscriptions). They haven't updated the website or done anything new in months, and when you contact them via Telegram, they ignore you (even after I paid them over $250 in just three months). In short, it's no surprise they ended up closing due to poor management and a lack of motivation from the entire staff. I hope that if they reopen, they do so with a genuine desire to help people and update it more frequently.

I also find it incredible that they announce the closure of their platform with only 24 hours' notice, clearly demonstrating their lack of professionalism.

Have been waiting over 2 months for a response from support to help me get back money i had locked in my account. (This was due to payment changes from sellsn).

Ridiculous support wait times, and customer support are also very rude in the times i manged to get through via webchat.

Very nice place for selling items (I love the automatic exchanges).

Been using SellSN for like 3-4 months and they've improved quite a lot since I started, always received any crypto payouts on time and their site builder is quite nice so I have no complaints

I have not received a reply to my support ticket or my e-mail for many days

The support is really bad and if they answer then as short as possible

Best alternative after sellix issue, with no doubts this solution is a good alternative for new upcoming sellers.

im a seller on the platform, and i can say that they are reliable.

After trialing sellsn for a 2 week period I’m not impressed

Using their business plan following the features which were listed

After getting the plan I had attempted to contact support to find out more information as I was interested in the discord support and also the custom features and I was advised there is no discord support and after looking into it further there was a telegram channel which is only used for announcements and when using their provided email/ support message system I was advised that they are not doing custom features I felt misleaded

Following that I still proceeding to using the platform and try and make it work which was partially seamless but using their PayPal friends and family system which is a uncommon feature out they I had issues with orders being completed automatically yet the order pages on sellsn showed me money was received but the order were still not completed

Following that over the past 3 days there have been email outages where no emails were getting sent from sellsn for example emails for myself to verify logging in from a new location or customer receiving email to state their order is completed

These sewed to occur around the same time period for the 3 days in a row was an average down time of 7-8 hrs each which is inconvenient for it to happen one day but 3 days is a bit of a joke which I could not get an answer from support or and acknowledgement from them

When attempting to manually process orders in that time it would not work nor could I see the assigned products keys for the customers

Due to this experience I have gone else where and will not be returning

Have been using this for sometime, Martin has been fast in providing support when I require it such as for payouts! Definitely will recommend others to this platform instead of using other sites.

Works and is legit, also if you know people over at SellSN u get fast replies for them and support.

I have been with SellSN for quite a while and had both positive and negative experiences but rather negative ones. They seem to have issues with crypto payouts, which are supposed to be automatic but when it fails the support will take ages to answer you to just answer you some questions and then you will have your crypto payout if you're lucky.

For future users: If you use SellSN and have no issues then that's very good for you but once you run into any issue you will have to pray to receive any kind of support

I paid for the upgrade with crypto but didnt get any response or any confirmation, the transaction was confirmed, they dont answer on the emails nor the chat, is this a scam ?????
