Found this scent while in a shop and it was amazing. Managed to find it on line and it is as nice as it was in the shop. Great service and fast delivery.

The only positive was speedy delivery. The item arrived damaged & no response to email requesting return.

Really fast delivery and spa smell is beautiful

Good product and arrived on time.

Fantastic all round service and products

Second purchase of the diffuser and oils. Amazing!

The sensum 500ml diffuser arrived very well packaged in good condition arrived on time

Very good indeed just a shame there is less in bottles than usual

Great support from lovely woman at the Livingstone store, very customer focused and great passion for the products. I do think Sensum have the most visually appealing diffusers, elegant, sophisticated, sort of posh. The electric diffusers and the scents are fabulous. So much better than Rituals, Home Sense or all the other companies that look a bit old fashioned in their style of products.

I love love love my sensum oil burner. My house smells amazing, and the variety of oils you can buy means you don’t end up nose blind. Purchased another 2 in the Black Friday deal for my daughters. 💗💗

I had a slight issue with my order, the way Robert has resolved my issues within this order is amazing. The excellent service provided from themselves & customer care is why I would purchase again.
The kindness to respond so quickly & offer me a replacement proves why Sensum Scents is a unique company.
Each scent that I've smelt so far what I ordered is just one word Wow.
Yet there are so many more that I need to order, from just a sniff from the boxes which are beautifully made, I was intrigued thinking what are the other scents like, I need to know.
I appreciate your kindness and I am thankful Robert you are a true helpful gentleman.

Received a faulty diffuser so contacted them to advise. Robert replied promptly advising that he would send out a replacement which he did. Over the moon with the 1st class service I always receive when making any purchase from Sensum. Would always buy with no hesitation 🤩

Bought quite a lot over the last two years beautiful bottles beautiful smells just lovely

Glad I bought them at reduced price as I would have been extremely disappointed if paying full price. Placed in a small bathroom, would expect to smell when walking in but no smell unless I actually put my nose over it.

Great service easy to order and arrived quickly
