Happy with results
Most importantly I really like the product.I really see a difference in my skin and peopl have noticed.
I do allow the update on email and they seem to be just a reminder so I like that also.

Vanessa and Sarah help me with my return. There were no issues there were no problems and it was an easy process. So glad y'all could understand that right now I just can't afford this product but I do love it and I will order in the future.

Returning a product
I was stressed because I didn’t realize that I had signed up for a subscription product until the product was ready to ship and by then it was too late. I emailed to have my subscription canceled and Vanessa was more than helpful. She sent detailed instructions on exactly what to do to send the unopened product back. Just when I thought it was a hopeless case, Vanessa came through. You hear stories of poor customer service when trying to make changes to an order or even contact customer support. Vanessa was great. 5 stars!
