Despite being a not-so-straightforward case with enormous amounts of evidence to sort through, Alex Young was thorough, meticulous, and efficient at every step. Going through immigration processes can be nerve-wracking, especially when it involves long wait times. However, I am glad that I approached Seraphus as I found myself feeling confident in the overall process given how much attention to detail was paid to the legal representation letter. Another person at Seraphus who went out of their way to assist with the case is Jane Taylor.
