Very professional from start to finish.

With high recommendation from a family friend as well as one of the solicitor firms recommended by the estate agent, I used Manak Solicitors to sell my late parents’ house in Gravesend. Simran dealt with the sale and was very prompt with her replies to any queries and advise. We lived out of borough, and she was very helpful and understanding in getting documentation ready to meet our times. I greatly appreciate everything done by Simran and Manak solicitors to reach successful completion of the sale.

My wife and I have just sold our house and moved into a new property in Sussex. We were recommended Manak solicitors through a friend and we engaged them for the sale of our property and subsequent purchase of our new home. Unprofessional and very limited knowledge with divorce law. We changed solicitors after being treated disrespectfully and found out Manak had been uneducated to the point of costing us thousands of pounds in unnecessary fees. It was felt that our solicitor was working agaisnt us and for the other side. Stay away.

We have used Manak Solicitors twice now — first for the purchase of our home four years ago, and again this year for the sale — and they have been excellent on both occasions (in particular Arjan and Duygu at the Gravesend branch who worked on our most recent sale).

They are incredibly quick to act and respond to queries. We genuinely never waited more than a few hours for a response to any questions, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear, thorough and consistent throughout.

They are very good at what they do but very slow to respond phone calls were not always responded to and had to call back .emails were responded to at first but later ones weren't answered . When I asked if they got my message they just said yes but didn't call back ,some of the questions they asked I had already told them .I know they had problems with our buyer solicitors which didn't help but nearly 5 months for conveyancing with no chains was a bit slow
