I learned about Seraphus through Free Movement and have been represented by them for the past year. I highly recommend this firm and would like to thank Alex Young for the way he humanised a process that was hobbled and hidden by technology. Alex's attention and courtesy were unfailing and we would not have succeeded without his knowledge, kindness, and savvy.

Without the assistance of Anna Hawkes at Seraphus, my Indefinite Leave to Remain would not have been reinstated. She has been beyond helpful, extremely professional, very patient and has dealt with me as though I was her only client, when I know that she is run off her feet. Her advice and attention to detail has meant that more information was submitted than was asked for and because of this I received my response in 1 week instead of the 6 weeks I was told I would have to wait for. I appointed Seraphus to handle my wife's partner visa application after seeing how complex and expensive the process was even for a citizen of a "friendly" country. I originally found the firm via freemovement.org.uk, an online organisation specialising in immigration and asylum matters so I felt comfortable that these would be good people working to help families and individuals navigate the Home Office rules.

We chose the "full legal representation" service. Anna Hawkes was assigned the bulk of the work on our case and she was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Although I'm sure our case was relatively straightforward in comparison to some, Anna always made sure we had timely updates and handled everything very professionally.

My wife's visa was approved and we will definitely go to Seraphus again in 2.5 years when we will need to apply for her extension.

Seraphus's caseworker was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew the topic inside out and could advise on sensible modes of action. Our video consultation has been effective and well worth the time and cost. We will return to Seraphus if we need further assistance.

When its comes to Legal immigration advice. SEAPHUS are THE BEST*. I have interviewd tens of lawyers before I handed over my case to Seraphus.

Their service and client care is appalling.
Anna Hawkes (the caseworker I've dealt with) was unprofessional, incompetent and rude.
If I could go back I would instruct other lawyers.
I am still trying to resolve my case with the home office.
Avoid!

I requested their assistance with my British Citizenship application.
