I have used Seraphus’s Full Representation service to apply for and eventually received British Citizenship. I have been very impressed by their knowledge, expertise and professionalism. I interacted primarily with Anna Hawkes who provided me with a first-class service, at all times diligent, thorough and very pleasant. Anna expertly handled the intricacies of the application process and comprehensively guided me on the rare occasions that I had to deal directly with the Home Office (biometrics meeting and citizenship ceremony). She was always able to allay any concern I may have had about the minutiae of the application process, which at times can be somewhat baffling, in a quick and highly knowledgeable manner.
I wish to express my thanks to Anna and the Seraphus team, and I highly recommend their services.

Chris has provided advice regarding EU settled status and UK citizenship via an online meeting. Half an hour was more than enough to get proper advice. A fee is very reasonable for this service. Recommended.

My partner and I went for an application checking service with Seraphus Solicitors via Free Movement, and it was absolutely the right thing to do. We had done a lot of research whilst putting the application together, and thought it was in pretty good shape before being checked. Though after everything was uploaded, Christopher spotted an issue and gave not just one, but a few recommendations on how to fix it. He also suggested other ways in which the application could be enhanced. We felt he really understood our situation well, and gave feedback specific to our case. We found immigration law to be complex, and when combined with these uncertain times, it was reassuring to have Christopher on our side. I had a 30-minute video consultation with Chris about some fairly niche EU settlement questions and I’m really glad I did! He is very knowledgeable and thorough and went out of his way to make sure we considered all the nuances of my situation. In my experience when speaking to someone from a large immigration law firm things tend to be rushed and important details can be glossed over (quite scary in the immigration context!) and this consultation was definitely not like that, it was a very positive and reassuring experience.
