After having spoken via Skype with Anna Hawks, I can definitely say that she is a great solicitor who knows her job really well. Equally important though is the fact that Anna is a compassionate and caring person who really wants and knows how to help her clients to overcome difficulties.
I think Seraphus is the right organization to go to when you need help with movement/immigration services.

The process from consultation to (successful) completion has been personable, attentive and thorough. Would recommend Seraphus to anyone looking for a trustworthy legal agent to pursue British Citizenship status.

Chris was very supportive, responsive and knowledgeable throughout my naturalisation process. He was patient enough to answer all of my questions and guided me step by step which I appreciated very much.

Christopher from Seraphus reviewed my citizenship application prior to submission. He reviewed it thoroughly and advised me on what to correct and to add to strengthen my application. I followed his advice and can happily say that my citizenship application was approved without any problems.

I engaged Seraphus through the FreeMovement.org.uk with what was the Level 3 Full Representation package for my Indefinite Leave to Remain application (I believe ILR is now covered under the Level 2 package).
Anna Hawkes was my Senior Caseworker and she was amazing. She took on board my concerns about different aspects of my application, which was complicated somewhat by my having transitioned gender since moving to the UK and during the term of my previous visa. So there were name and gender changes to account for in addition to the usual stuff. Anna was excellent throughout. She put my mind at ease (as much as is possible) and ensured all the information was contained in the application and cover letter. She talked me through what was required, we held voice and videos calls as needed and was available to talk me through things when needed. Seraphus and FreeMovement.org.uk both have a strong focus on human rights and supporting the most vulnerable migrants, refugees and asylum seekers on complex cases and pro-bono work. It was important to me that the firm I engaged for this work aligned with my own ethics around immigration and borders. The packages that FreeMovement offer are great - they give piece of mind that I can pay one amount and know that it will cover my full application not matter what came up until we had a decision. Thankfully everything went through easily - many thanks to Anna, Seraphus and FreeMovement !

Writing this review to praise the hard work from the whole team at Seraphus, before using them, l made a few phone calls to other immigration law firms, to be honest a lot of these firms charge a fortune for appointments, they really threat you just as a number without any empathy, most of them never actually listens or even care if your case is successful or not.
Using SERAPHUS was so different,my first appointment was really good, Anna listen and empathise, which is what most people having to deal with immigration needs, they were very professional and also easy to talk to, A LOT OF THE IMMIGRATION SOLICITORS OR ADVISORS CAN REALLY LEARN A LOT FROM SERAPHUS, I am so grateful to Anna who handled my case, right from the beginning she was very easy going and gave all the advice I needed, I will advise anyone planning to use them, to have the full service, don't just seek advice, but also let them fully handle the case, TBH the amount they charged for the full service, would have been what some solicitors wanted to charge me for just two appointments.
After 25 years of being in the UK and not properly sorting out my immigration status, I spoke to Anna at Seraphus, back end of January 2021, my immigration status is now fully sorted, I will be using them again in July to apply for British citizenship without a doubt.

I found Chris to be incredibly detailed, thorough, and honest in his advice, even though my questions regarding the immigration rules were complicated. We covered all that I needed to in a 30min consultation and he also supported me beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend this service.

The solicitor was not helpful and didn’t provide any solution bluntly rejected all option. Despite the fact there are many alternative option she was like no not possible whatever you do your case will be rejected.

I needed assistance for preparing my British citizenship application. I was very worried as there were a few complications on my case but Anna was amazing at bringing clarity into it all. She was so unprejudiced and clear on every step of the way. I felt so held and supported, and my worries were gone after the first meeting. Of course the outcome was positive, yet the experience was also very positive, which felt like a real gift.
