MARIA IS THE BEST—THANK YOU

My loan coordinator Maria is just stupendous and fabulous. Helping me more that you can imagine with loan plans and follow-up and one on one assistance just absolutely kind knowledgeable and fabulously friendly while being absolutely UTMOST professional and just outright kind helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I am so lucky Maria was assigned to me. I would love to have her to the house for family Sunday dinner. Maria deserves a raise and make sure you never let her go

You can clearly understand who your talking to and they are knowledgeable about your questions. You don’t have to hang up and call back hoping you get someone with common sense

Trying to reach a mortgage representative is a very lengthy process with numerous prompts. The worst ever!!

They are still trying to make my


They are still trying to make my mortgage into a bi-weekly one. It’s spelled out that it’s a monthly payment. Never use this company, I’ve reported them several times and regulators won’t do anything

Awful company

Awful company. My loan was sold to these people, cannot get a live person on the phone, tried messaging and I get a generic reply to call them , after saying I couldn't get a live rep! The phone system is awful. I went through 7 different prompts and still couldn't get anyone. For god and baby jesus stay away from this place

I pay EVERY MONTH, and they LOOSE IT!

Every month they claim I didnt pay them. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. Every month, they are paid on the FIRST or BEFORE and on the 15th, EVERY SINGLE MONTH, they call me and claim they were not paid.

WORST BANK, EVER!

Escrow Help

I was needing help explaining how my escrow statements work and the employee name Johnny was very helpful. He answered all my questions and fixed my issues. I want to work with him again.

Great customer service, The person who helped me with my Mortgage information was very patient and took her time and explained to me every detail. Im extremely grateful for her support.

The automated system was alot however


The automated system was alot however when I was helped by a live agent my experience was awesome. He understood my concerns and addressed them! Over all he was knowledgeable, efficient and kind!!!
