Servbank has their customer service and agents task team and procedures down pat! Angelica was very courteous, professional and friendly, as well as being well versed in her knowledge base of this financial institution's rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Called on 10/14/25 for payoff based on more than 30 days out. Expect to be approximate due to insurance and taxes. Cannot do online as only allows you to do 30 days in advance. When called rep automatically told me can only do 30 days in advance. When I questioned and said that doesn't sound right, she said would check. Came back on the line and said it would be done and emailed to me in 3-5 business days. Have not received a response yet.

Lovely was great. Easy to communicate with and she handled my questions with patience and was very thorough. I hope ServBank will be able to process my request but in terms of the Customer Service rep. The experience was pleasant.
Worst bank I can ever think of. They constantly call me not realizing that calls from banks today are regularly spoofed to look real and are usually scams. When you try to call this bank back, their phone tree is as frustrating as it can get. Multiple trees that lead to dead ends and the system hanging up. If you are lucky enough to get through to a human, they don't speak English and are in a call center that's so loud you can't hear anything they say. I have no choice but to send my mortgage payment to this place, but otherwise steer clear.

They took over my mortgage, and even after a week, they still refuse to accept my payments. Now the payment is a week late, and all they say is that Iâm âprotected by federal law,â without giving any real solution or fixing the issue so I can pay. The whole situation has been extremely unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with. Every time I call, they just give excuses instead of helping.
Update: I know this sounds unbelievable, but they actually called me and then made me wait over 15 minutes before anyone answered. The key point is, they were the ones who called me and still made me wait. When someone finally picked up, they asked why my payment was late, even though their system has been down and wonât accept payments.
So to be clear, they called me, made me wait, and then blamed me for a payment issue caused by their own system. If this is how they treat customers, I donât know what else to say. Avoid doing business with this company if you can. Theyâre completely unprofessional, disorganized, and the way they handle people borders on outrageous.
