Trust the process!

Everything has been pretty great from onboarding to launch and now operating the system for some time, except for a couple of sore spots that we had to get management involved.

We felt overpromised and underdelivered on the Fintech portion, and we were told by the salesperson who demo'd our company for the final pitch that rates and pricing would be competitive and he "has no doubts that our team can beat our current rates." Well, they came up quite short initially. We had to send the Fintech team back to the drawing board multiple times and escalate the issue with the manager of our onboarding team. Even after all the meetings and sending Fintech back to the drawing boards, the rates were close but still higher overall, but the ROI of using the all-inclusive system was a sell for us.

The accounting onboarding and QuickBooks Desktop integration was not smooth and kept needing to be circled back to multiple times, where again a manager in the accounting portion and the team manager were brought in due to complications. There were even extra ST workers brought in to assist and find the issues.

The onboarding team was phenomenal aside from the sales and accounting issues we experienced.

Our Success Manager always goes above and beyond for us. Quick to respond and follow up to make sure our inquiries are worked through and worked out by the help team.

Trust the process and try to stick to the game plan that is laid out for you. Take advantage of the working appointments instead of trying to just figure things out on your own. There are a lot of moving parts and it can be overwhelming for a larger company like mine to onboard, but the constant check-ins and reminders were essential to keep it as smooth as possible.

A SPIRIT OF EXCELLENCE

I cant say enough on How helpful Charlie has been in getting our software up to par. We love the software but grew so fast that we dropped the ball on fully using ST to its full potential and Charlie is helping us undue the damage we caused with a spirit an excellence. #CustomerForLife

A Great CSM is a must for an Exceptional Experience!

I truly believe that without a great CSM we would not have the relationship we do with Service Titan. Margie Baker is nothing short of phenomenal. She handles everything we throw at her with grace, efficiency, accuracy and positivity. She is truly the best thing about Service Titan! If all CSM's could be trained to be a Margie, the customer experience would be unmatched, and every company would fight to keep their CSM as we do. I don't know what Blue Cardinal would do without Margie in our corner!

Alex Johnson pretty much defines success manager excellence!

Alex is our go-to guy when we have any issues. Plus he's proactive in pushing us to do things to improve our operations, and therefore our EBITDA. Plus he knows ST inside and out. Plus he's a super nice guy. That adds up to a powerful combination!

Awful

This system is not user friendly! It is a very cumbersome system to use, and I would not recommend it at all.

The innovation and wanting to get things right make Service Titan head and shoulders above the competition. Also the CSM we have has been a gamechanger and made using the software much easier than it could be.

We looked extensively for a software that would not limit the way we ran our business. Too often many software have limitations as to what you can and can not do. With service titan we have not found many limitations as to what we are unable to do

Great Software!!

The software is very user friendly and robust. ServiceTitan has continuously worked to improve the software since I have been using it starting in 2018. Each update makes it better and better. Our CSM support is also great!

Overall

Overall, though Service Titan is a great company, it's the people we deal with directly that make the difference. Luke A is a pleasure to work with and is extremely knowledgeable of the product and how to best manage the system to fit our needs!

1 star review for this company. was trying to determine if this was a suitable option to retrofit for our business. The lady just said no.

not an indication on why, not an indication on anything, just then responsed with the preset close of anything esle i can help you with.

this is a 1 star review based on the service i received and it's warranted
