ServiceTitan is an amazing software for the trades!

Our customer service rep is awesome...but the company's lack of concern for the accounting side is horrible. Your software is useless unless you have an accounting side to it. You need to devote more resources to the bridge between ST and QB. This bridge has been plagued with issues for the 3 years we have been on board....in fact in 3 years, I do not know what my bank balance is due to all the export failures.....we are contemplating other platforms because of the lack of help and the amount of issues we have with the exporting function...in fact my accountant is asking for more money from me, because of all the issues.

We have a bi-weekly Success call with our Success Manager Josh Smith, he is very thorough and makes sure he is doing everything he can to help us succeed. Great work Josh!

I appreciated the roll out (onboarding) and how detailed it was. Weeks of training before I needed to dive in was helpful.
My success rep is extremely helpful. We meet approx every 2 weeks to dive deeper and make sure I understand all the functions I’m using now. The ServiceTitan support is the best I’ve ever seen.

Service Titan gave us the features to scale and expand our business. The implementation team was great and the ongoing support is excellent. They also have a lot of options for users to network with each other and hose a lot of programs for users to help learn from each other and learn the program better.

Like any software there are always fixes and improvements to be made but Service Titan is definitely one of the top out there.
